Purchased a new home and had contractors leave a complete disaster of a mess with the existing sump pump line. James was awesome to work with. He knew how to solve my problem right away. He ran 50 feet of new line away from my house with larger PVC. It’s been about 2 months since and zero issues. Him and his partner left minimal mess in my yard and I no longer have standing water. We hired Hamm & Sons to help out with a commercial remodel here in Lawrence. I honestly don’t know where to begin. I’ve have Casey with MFP out to my home several times to help me in the kitchen. He’s installed water access lines and shut off valves. Very fair and professional!

My 2 pump “alternating” sump pump system was not operating correctly. The battery operated backup (3rd pump) had to engage multiple times to empty the sump in my finished basement. Clint Ritchie and his co-worker Justin Braunagel came out the same day I called, assessed the situation, and provided 3 options to fix my problem. I opted to replace my old pumps with a new PHCC Pro Series PS-C33 primary and backup pump system. They removed my old system, cleaned out the sump, plumbed and installed the new system within a few hours, all at a reasonable price. I found Clint and Justin to be very knowledgeable and customer focused. They very clearly explained the benefits of all 3 options which definitely helped me decide which one would work best for my home. After installation, they tested the system and explained in detail how it works normally and in case of a power outage. Afterwards, they cleaned up everything and took away the old plumbing parts and pumps. Both Clint and Justin are very conscientious, take pride in their work, answer all questions, and strive to please the customer. I highly recommend 24-7!

Very nice and honest. Extremely over priced! They quoted me $2800. I then called Affordable Air and it was a third of the price. They came out and fixed it within 2 hours. Mr.Quick said the next couple days…
