Jim came to my home and provided a thorough explanation of the work needed and why it was necessary. He was courteous, knowledgeable, polite and extremely professional. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the repairs and would recommend Hope, and Jim, to family and friends.

I called and they came immediately and they gave me a estimate for all the damage. And Mr Sam was very very very polite and I was very comfortable with having him in my house. And he relieved me of the problems I was having with my Plumbing situation. I will recommend them to anyone again. Mr. Sam was great and I give him a five-star. Mr. Rooter was responsive (same day), professional, and provided excellent solutions to multiple problems. From now on they will be my ‘go-to’ for all of my plumbing needs.

My wife met them at our rental house to unclog a drain, which they did fine but tried selling her on new flooring repair and said we need a new $1500 water heater when the old one looks like new and works fine. The main guy acts more like a salesman than drain cleaner.

The installer of our AC coil was very professional and courteous and had our comfort as his main concern. The office was very helpful in working with us to uncover our warranty coverage on the part. The only negative was that the wrong part was initially ordered but the service department worked to make sure we had the new, correct coil installed as soon as it came in. We really appreciated that since we were having a party the next day and needed to definitely have air conditioning. Would definitely recommend Godby Heating and Plumbing.

Was sent out a tech first time was not as good as I would have liked but thorough the second tech sent out was thorough and did a great job at explaining everything told me the what and why of a few things was very happy with the service. They also sent a service to drain and look at water heater was very friendly and thorough.

Told me I didnt have a leak and needed a new water softener, which they sold me. 2 weeks later, no hot water. Came back out and said I had a leak. Leak detection tells me that I had the leak all along and that I didnt need a new water heater.
