Spencer Hall at hope plumbing came out quickly on a Saturday after we found a water leak that caused soaked floor. He was fantastic about educating us on the problem got us back up and running in just a few hours. Would highly recommend Hope plumbing for any plumbing needs.

Washing machine drain clogged

Arrived on time to fix my washer issues, additionally addressed problems with my water pressure, hot water tank and faucets. Truly a craftsman

Paid to replumb the plumbing under kitchen sink. Started leaking just over a year. I have to pay again to get it repaired. I have used them on few other jobs and were good.

I had a serious drain problem at my rental house, on a Friday evening.....sewage coming up thru the bathtub and toilet. My son called Roto Rooter and they were at the house within 30 minutes. The plumber, Kyle, called me and told me what the options were to fix it. I settled on the cheaper option and I asked advice. He talked me through all of the options and was very, very helpful. He met us at the house and was very friendly, kind and helpful. I would recommend Roto Rooter to anyone who needs a plumber and ask for Kyle. He works evenings. I can't thank him enough for his help and expertise. He made a bad situation go very smoothly.

Service plus are masters in customer service. Terry Spurling is a great salesman , answered all my questions and concerns. Felt very comfortable moving forward with getting a water softener installed. As I business owner myself I love how service plus is always looking to help clients and make things easy for us.

Dillon installed a new water heater for me and it was not an easy job. He had to solve several problems to get the work done right. It's always reassuring when someone comes into your home to do work and you can see they take pride in their work.

Overpriced, Unprepared, Bad Service, and Threatening

Before you think I am a hothead, read this: I called Gordon hoping for a more personal touch and maybe a less expensive bill than a larger brand company. Had a busted garbage disposal and a leak under the kitchen sink. I told the receptionist what I needed and asked about getting my own garbage disposal and having their plumber install it. She said , “You can do that but you’ll be charged $100 for the installation. I assumed that letting them install their own disposal unit might include a lower labor cost but did not ask. I did ask if their plumber would have a garbage disposal with him and was told, yes, he would.

Our plumber arrived. He checked under the sink and said he couldn’t find a leak, but there was an open pipe connection with dried material around the opening suggesting it was the source. He could not tell where the pipe came from given som extra lines from an old ice machine (not working or turned on). I asked him to plug the opening. He said he couldn’t because he didn’t have the right materials! He told me it was easy and I could just go to Lowe’s and do it myself. (Um, that’s why I called you.) So I asked him to replace the disposal. He told me he did NOT have one on the truck and had to go to a store and buy it. He returns with an expensive unit plus mark up, installs it, and shows me a bill for about $530 explaining that he had bought the brand that matched the broken unit and then billed me for the time he went shopping. That’s over 2 hours for labor and a bill of $530 for a garbage disposal! (Checking the leak took less than 10 minutes.) So I asked him to call his supervisor. He called and they did cut the bill but only around $75 and only after extended haggling. While on the phone, he makes this comment to his supervisor so I can hear him, “I’m not sure I’m gonna take any more of this”....as if he was thinking about getting physical. Like I had no right to challenge an outrageous bill. Don’t get me wrong I was not happy, but I was not threatening in any way. They got my money. I wouldn’t give him yours.

When I booked the appointment they told me it would be $93 or free for the first 100 feet to open the sewer line. He gets there and determines it probably doesn’t need run but he can for an additional $325 plus a $97 trip charge. I asked him about the price advertised online he told me that was not correct. Them charged me $97 to show up and do nothing.

We purchased a hot tub and needed electric ran to the back of the house. I had multiple electricians come and quote the job. I had never used Mr. Quik before but they were very responsive about getting a quote and I had a good feeling about giving them a chance.This is a multi-phase project as well as adding other items such as installing some can lights and electrical outlets inside the house.Scott was the main electrician who pulled the power to the back of the house and did the other electrical work in the house. He did a great job and was very professional.Henry is our salesman and he even delivered supplies needed late into the evening knowing that we were going to need a few of those supplies the next morning for the construction of the patio (conduit and boxes). He went out of his way to get me what we needed. I appreciated that!It came time for phase two, extending the power from the disconnect switch to the hot tub and the electrical outlets in the stone patio we were building. I expected arrival between eight and 10 and I called at 11. There was a mixup in the communication, but they said they would scramble to get somebody out there knowing this would hold up the construction on the patio if the electrician did not do his part that day. Within 45 minutes they had a professional electrician on site named Shelby. This was not on his schedule, but he showed up with a great attitude and jumped right in and ran all the conduit underground and connected back to the power source that was there. It was not an easy job and he stayed until 7 PM to get it done to keep the other contractors on schedule. I was very impressed with his professionalism and his Quality of work.I understand sometimes things get mixed up in communication but they rose to the occasion and got me what I needed the same day.Phase 3 will come next week when the hot tub is delivered for them to connect it and fire up all the outlets on the walls.I signed up for their home service with HVAC plumbing and electrical. I’m impressed and expect to have Great service in the future two.

I have had nothing but great service from Roby's at VERY reasonable prices. It goes all the way to the 1980s. Back then we had a busted water pipe and the guy went into my attic and used a ladder to get down behind the wall and the fireplace and he fixed it. The easy way for him would have been to tear up the wall, but he didn't want me to have to pay to have the wall repaired. Recently, I had Roby's come out and install a roman tub faucet and a shower faucet. I believe the plumber's name was Rick and he was very efficient and everything works great. I would not hesitate to call Roby's again.
