Avoid this company at all cost.Where do I begin... I hired Hope Plumbing to do three things: (1) unclog my kitchen sink, (2) hook up the COLD water to my toilet, and (3) fix the water pressure in the shower... Here is how it worked out:Item 1: They told me that the plumbing for my kitchen sink was installed improperly, and quoted me $4k to fix it. But with the help of a friendly handyman we got the lines cleared and the sink draining in 15 minutes (simply by raising the pipes slightly in the basement).Item 2: They capped the incorrectly-routed hot water line to my toilet, and drilled into my vanity to access the cold water line... only to HOOK BACK INTO THE HOT WATER LINE! (photos attached)Item 3: They fixed the shower pressure. I'll give them that. But that was only after multiple calls and emails (as they had failed to fix this on the first visit), and they only seemed to respond when I called the after hours emergency line.And to complete this terrible experience, they up-sold me on a water softener which I didn't want or need, but went along with because I was just too busy/nice enough not to recognize the swindle that was happening.Avoid this company at all cost. For your own sake.—Edit- in response to the Owner, the invoice is attached. You will see it explicitly says Also had a hot water line running to toilet... Disconnected hot water line to toilet and connected to cold water supply from sink. And it looks like you guys charged me $750.72 for screwing this up...In addition: You also charged me $394 to install a designer faucet. This faucet is not a designer faucet. It costs $40 at Home Depot, and fits the standard 3-hole kitchen sink... but I had no idea you were charging this much because the shady initial invoice had no prices applied to each line item. It was only after I disputed the charges with the financing company that I was finally sent an itemized invoice, discovering that I was ALSO charged nearly $900 to install a normal stainless steal sink (which still leaks to this day, and the worker severely damaged my countertops while installing).

Incredible service! Mike O went above and beyond to fix our drain issues. Our home was a flip that someone took a lot of short cuts on, so there were several obstacles aside from the clog. Mike was friendly and took the time to explain each step to me. I would hands down recommend anyone to give them a call for any plumbing problems! We've never been happier to be able to do laundry. I wish I could give them more stars. Not only did they replace my gas water heater the same day I contacted them, they also did it for $500 less than ARS quoted me with my service plan. They also corrected a dangerous venting issue, for free, that ARS should have caught last month when they installed my gas furnace. I can't thank them enough!

Aaron Champley came out to house promptly and took care of my leak. He was fast, courteous, and explained all that he had done, including a picture of the pipes he replaced. Need more service people like Mr. Champley.

Ricky came over to fix our water heaters. We had no hot water pressure and now it's back to normal! Really polite and efficient will gladly request their service in the future.

We hired Hamm & Sons to help out with a commercial remodel here in Lawrence. Yesterday was their first day on the project and I will say the guys showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. Our building is challenging as it is big but they figured things out- got to work and at the end of the day- cleaned up! Thanks guys!

Called this morning to request a quote for installation of a gas water heater in my home; was very pleased that I was offered a same-day appointment. Allie, with whom I spoke initially and Chanelle, the dispatcher who arranged the visit, were very pleasant and helpful, as was David, the technician who evaluated the work to be done. Communication was prompt and clear throughout my experience. David performed the assessment carefully but efficiently, and he provided very good explanations and answers to my questions. At the conclusion of his visit, David sent the quote to me via email immediately. Outstanding: I was highly impressed.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had such a wonderful experience the first time I had Plumb On come out that I called him out to another house. Again, he surpassed my expectation. I expected this job to be very very expensive, it was not. I expected it to take a very long time. It did not. I've already recommended him to my family and wish I could give more than 5 stars! If you need a plumber dont think twice about calling here! *** let me mention he helped at my house that had well water!! Hard to find!

While I was satisfied with the overall service there was one thing I didn't like. When the plumber asked if it was ok if he cut a small hole in the textured drywall ceiling of the laundry closet to run his camera and view the dryer vent I said sure, no problem. If I had known beforehand that he wasn't going to do anything to patch the hole after he was done my answer would have been different. So I now have a hole that's 2-3 inches by 2-3 inches in the ceiling of my laundry closet that will let in any type of critter that wants to come in and I, being a first time homeowner, have no knowledge of how to do any kind of drywall patching to fix the issue.

Want to simply talk to an actual plumber for 2 min before they come out? The answer is no, with a snippy attitude. So I hired one that let's you talk to them first. It worked out quite well.
