I had a bit of an emergency at my home and needed a plumber ASAP ! So happy I called Pristine Plumbing . Not only did they come out the same day but, the owner himself came and did the work . I submitted an inquiry about an issue we are having with reduced water pressure. Mark phoned me and offered advice for free. Not only was the advice free, but it was free advice that would result in a free solution to fixing the problem. He is knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Although I hope we do not have future plumbing issues that would require a service visit, if we do, I would absolutely contact Mark. Thanks!

Very responsive to immediate need for water heater replacement. Worked with manufacturer to confirm warranty status, and get approval for warranty replacement. Installed next day after calling them.

I called Tuesday at 4:30 pm concerning a bubbling commode. They arrived today around 8 am and fix the problem. The gentlemen were courteous, friendly, and clean. I gave them 5 stars because they deserved them.

I have used Hamm & Sons a few times. The service has always been great and the prices have been reasonable. It is very scary when you need plumbing work done. It is usually an emergency. I will continue to use Hamm & Sons.

Here to rave about this company!! We had a bad busted pipe a while back and after calling our original plumbing company, Service Plus, (which supposedly took emergency calls at the time we decided to become members of their program) never called us back (massive let down), we googled Summers and called them. Someone showed up very fast and fixed the issue. A+Then we decided to get the whole house re-plumed with pex pipe and went with Summers again, so far, all is great. They were fast, knowledgeable, clean, and all the guys were professional looking and polite. Now we are getting the toilet pulled and reset due to a new bathroom floor installation. I had to call them early this morning to check what time the plumber is coming but had to leave a message, as they were not open yet. I got a call back from them at 8:05am! Now that is service!! I love that this company actually listens to their voicemails and relies so quickly. A++Summers is not cheap, they are not discount bottom of the barrel, and it might not be the company for you if you want things done “super cheap”. If you are wanting quality, excellent customer service, promptness, professionals who know their stuff, and knowing they will be there for you in an emergency then Summers is the way to go! A+++

Casey responded immediately to my request about a slow leak and was able to schedule me in quickly. He provided proper PPE for the job (face mask and shoe covers) which is a huge plus during the coronavirus pandemic. He explained what was wrong and provided an estimated price, with potential changes depending upon what he found as he began the repair. Very competitive pricing and the job was done within an hour. Cleaned up nicely and everything seems to be working so far. If not, he also offers a one year warranty, so feel safe in using Moon Family Plumbing!

Job 1 - Creative problem solvers, knowledgeable and friendly. There was a couple little issue after a big job and they fixed quickly.

Job 2 - We had a leak develop by right next to they replaced our water heater. No one else was near there. A crack in a plastic drain pipe occurred that got worse over a few months. It has never leaked prior in the 15 yrs we have
lived here. I tried calling but they were busy. After a few hours I called another as I wasn't comfortable with Job 3 - changing our disposal which wasn't done properly.

Another plumber was able find and fix Job 2 and 3.

The leak ruined our office floor and they were unwilling to reimburse us for the other plumber repairs or floor.

Cody, the owner, is very knowledgeable but spread too thin.

We had some issues that needed to get worked through but Max and Nathan were awesome… Max spent a lot of time here trying to find the problem Nathan was superior in helping solve the problem. I would definitely recommend BMW for any of your heated in the air repairs

I normally don't leave reviews but you guys were great. Service the day after I requested it and Josh was very easy to work with and explained everything thoroughly. Wish I would have signed up with you guys earlier!

James came out super quickly after initial call. He helped explain his troubleshooting for our A/C repair and then outlined a step by step plan to try to address our A/C issue, starting with the least invasive first. Super professional and great to work with!

Today my garage was drowning in water. I was fortunate to catch it when I did. An elbow fitting had failed and was shooting pressurized water everywhere.I called Chapman, who sent out their Saturday on-call tech. Not only did Chuck fix the immediate problem, but went on to re-plumb a whole network of old copper with Pex.Chuck did a great job, had a good attitude, and didn’t send me to the poorhouse.I’m more than happy with both the service and the price. Highly recommended.

Danny installed a new hot water heater the day after we called him. He communicated what needed to be done in detail and the price then completed the work. He was extremely responsive after the install as well, following up to ensure it worked properly and I knew the in's and out's of maintenance.
