Joshua Shahan with Hope Plumbing was so helpful today! He corrected the settings on our water softener so we can finally have good soft water. The factory default settings weren’t right for Indianapolis’s hard water. Josh recognized that right away and got the system recalibrated to address the hardness. We also appreciate that Hope sent him to us the same day we called. Great customer service!

Rick was very determined, in a challenging situation. He kept at it, and tried hard to get parts that he needed. When, that did not work, he got my water heater working for now, until the replacement parts come in. Then, he is coming back to replace them, and do a thorough cleaning. Very happy!

Ok, we have a plumber we love for past 6 yrs but he's hard to schedule. Carters advertised $49 water heater flush.... We online scheduled on Sat, someone called us Sun, and we had a plumber here on Monday! That's convenient! Absolutely no up selling, helpful tips, and looked at a spigot issue we had and advised us on it free of charge. Amazing. Will use again any time!

On a Sunday night my tub faucet decided not to turn off. I called L.D. Plumbing the following morning and they were able to get a plumber to me on that same day. I ended up having them install a new shower/tub trim kit instead of repairing the old one. My plumber was Joe and he was professional, knowledgeable and arrived on time. And his clean-up after the job was completed was Fantabulous! Thanks L.D. Plumbing!

The representative that did my service was sent by my rental office. I failed to get his name. He was very polite and asked what I had been experiencing. After listening to me he did an inspecting. He contacted the representative for the apartment and got approval.Upon finishing the service he gave me suggestions to avoid in the future. Great job??

The Plumb Doctor has great service. They got me in immedietly, and fixed my issue. The technician was very nice, and even entertained by wired toddler while he was working. Tim is the best!!!

I called Acme out to my home for several plumbing issues and they got a technician out the same day! The young lady on the phone was extremely kind and directed me in the right direction. She sent a very nice gentleman who was very knowledge , didn't talk down to me and answered all of my questions and concerns. We always use Hamm & Sons for all our plumbing needs. We live in an older house and have had to have the drain cleaned, pipes all switched out all our old metal piping and fixed various leaks throughout the years.
