Richard was on time. He checked sump pump and found no problem. He replaced cartridges on bathroom faucet and checked all connections to ensure no leaks. Also replaced very old water intake connections. He showed me what to do to ensure that I would not have problems again.

We hired them to put in a utility sink in our garage. They were friendly, affordable, and easy to schedule/work with. We will only use Pristine Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs!

Very professional and I really really appreciated his suggestions. Hopefully, I remember them. So much info I did not know. That is how my kitchen drain got clogged.....ignorance! So glad it is working & can now run my dishwasher.

My entire experience was great. Our technician, Bill, was wonderful. He was friendly. He was fast. He left everything cleaned up and tidy like he'd never even been there. Also, everyone on the phone before Bill came over was great too though I can't remember their names. From start to finish it was a superb project. I'll be using Rooter for any and all future plumbing needs.

Our plumber, Andrew, did an outstanding job. I requested service, and he was out very quickly. He fixed a clogged toilet for us, checked our plumbing, and drained our hot water heater. They were subcontracted by another vender to complete a small job in our home. I got a good vibe from them, they’ll be my first call for a quote on our next project/issue (I’ll update the review). My HOPE ? is that they’re better than other expensive companies who have major name brand recognition but don’t actually care about the customer.

Our water heater bit the dust and Steg was able to get us help in record time with a new tankless water heater! Great service, prices, and very knowledgeable staff. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Jeff, the tech was on time, called to let me know he was on the way, quickly resolved the issue, cleaned up the work area and provided estimates for possible future replacement. I am very satisfied with the results and the approach.

Quoted me over $4,100 to fix an issue that doesn’t exit, or “preferably” get a new system from them for my 5 year old system. I gotten a 2nd opinion where the other honest company said the system is fine.Around 2016 they were reported on the news for conducting similar practices of recommending new systems for a well working fine systems, the owner at the time apologized and committed to “fixing” their practices, however, this shows they did not improve likely asking technicians to recommend more replacements of working fine unitsIt is disappointing to see a company prioritize their profit margins over their customers’ trust. It seems highly likely that they continue to instruct their technicians to recommend unnecessary replacements, even for units that are functioning without any issues. This kind of unethical behavior is unacceptable and harms customers who rely on their expertise.

Fowler was the only company that helped us when our water meter busted. Everyone gave us the run around. Fowler’s technican told us we had two options with two prices. They were able to fix it with the cheaper of the two options. And the response was timely.

Did an excellent job. Was neat and made sure everything was done properly.
