Best Water Line Repair in Indianapolis IN

I had a great experience with Hope! My technician was Richard and he was helpful, insightful and personable. He knew exactly what we needed to get the job done in a timely manner.I called Hope in an emergency situation and I didn’t have time to do much research. I was hoping for the best! Unfortunately, with the 4th of July holiday week, they were pretty booked up and couldn’t get me in at the original scheduled time. Thankfully, not only did they make sure to schedule me as their first stop the next available day, but I also got a $50 credit! The cherry on top was having an awesome technician get the job done. We had a leak in the bottom of our hot water tank. Unfortunately we had to have the whole tank replaced. Gus explained the reason and gave estimates for replacement. He drained the water from the tank and went to the shop for a new unit. Gus explained how to drain the water and how often it should be done. From the time he first showed up to the house until the new tank was installed was approximately 2 hrs. A job well done.

Fixed a hose/spigot problem super fast and for a fraction of the estimate.

We had an issue with having no hot water but also needed a second opinion on our tankless water heater. Joe was great, very professional! Will use them in the future.

L.D. Smith is great. I know that whenever I have to call them, I’m gonna get a job well done. I’ve also been fortunate enough to get the same crew on multiple jobs. Which has been wonderful. The crew, Phil in particular, has been a pleasure to work with. These were not easy jobs, digging new sewer lines to replace old and collapsed lines. But they made it look easy. I don’t hesitate to recommend them unconditionally.

The company itself was good the person that came out was bad. It’s unfortunate my experience was bad because of that person.

We had Ricky replace our broken faucet with our new faucet. I was planning on doing the swap myself, but ran into an issue with the house's water supply lines having a push stop valve instead of a ball valve. Not wanting to mess something up, i called Plumb Doctor, and they sent someone out within a business day for a quote. The quote was reasonably priced, and Ricky did a great job installing the new stops and faucet. He even spent the time to clean up a few spots of water, ensuring that his work was complete and tidy. I would recommend them for anyone needing any plumbing work.

I read all the reviews and they were mostly good but turns out, I have been another unlucky one for this company. I scheduled an appointment for a Thursday between 2-4. They called me earlier in the day (1130a) saying they were available then and to call back if I was also available. I wasn't, I was at work and didn't bother calling them back. Apparently my lack of response indicated that I no longer wanted an appointment because at 345 I was on the phone trying to figure out when someone was going to show up. They then told me that they tried to call me several times. I had ONE call from them well before my appointment window. They said because they tried to call me and I didn't answer that their tech had to move on. I've worked in the service industry for the past 15 years. I was trying to be understanding but a blatant lie was too much for me. I talked to the assistant manager who apologized and said they would come out Saturday without charging me the weekend service fee so I wouldn't have to take more time off work. They were supposed to show up between 9-11 and once again, I was on the phone at 1045 to figure out when someone was going to show. What i got was an answering service where they wanted to record me saying my issue was an emergency. Nope. Not getting charged an emergency fee because you guys messed up 1 time already. So i told them to cancel my appointment and he proceeded to tell me he wasn't authorized to do that. Really?!?!?! Very poor communication and lack of respect for someone else's time. If someone had called and said they would be late, I would have been willing to give them a chance but that's over now. I'm calling someone else.

Bob is the most disrespectful business person I've dealt with in my 15 years living in Indianapolis. I called to inquire about him servicing a plumbing issue. He rudely responded, no, before I could finish my sentence. Very, very unprofessional.

Appreciated getting estimates and quotes over the phone and then having the work done quickly and near the estimate when not a firm quote. Appreciated Kyle doing some the small things to make things better (vs just the easiest and cheapest) in the long. And they have always shown up on time. Great service on all fronts.

Cathy was able to quickly obtain replacement cartridge for a 12 year old Hans-Grohe shower control for our master bathroom. Doug did a great job on the installation in a professional and timely fashion

Replaced water softener

Bruce from Summer helped me fix a fix problem for a fair price. I’ll call him out in the future and use them in the future.

Kenny came out to our house yesterday and was able to get our A/C unit stood up on it's last legs for the rest of the summer. He helped me avoid what could have been a $1200+ repair. He spent nearly all day at our home getting the problem solved, Godby waived the labor and refunded me for an unnecessary A/C recharge I had received from another technician two months prior. Kenny also was able to seal up the vent where the previous homeowner had a humidifier that was no longer functional when we purchased the house. Stephanie was also great with making sure everything got scheduled and that my concerns were addressed. Happy to have a habitable home for the first time this summer. :)

After cleaning up a small flood in the only bathroom, I was eager to find someone who could help with a clogged toilet. I was pleasantly surprised to find Moon Family. They fitted me into their already tight schedule. Casey and his tech (didn't get her name) were professional and courteous. Willing to show up and do a complimentary estimate even if their price wasn't in my budget. Guaranteed work was a nice bonus. Very pleased to support a family-owned business.
