Carlos Hernandez walked me through everything that needed to be done in order to resolve a kitchen sink backup. He was very kind and insightful through the whole process. On top of that he performed high quality work, and made sure that the issue was completely resolved.

Oh my gosh they are the Best, I called Pristine and spoke to Macee she is a blessing. I needed to get my water leak on my meter fixed. The next morning she sent out Mitchell and his helper out and they done an assessment. It was leaking behind the block wall and the line comes in under my porch to the basement. And also heard a water leak on the other side of the house. So Mitchell and his helper fixed the water leak under the tub and replaced my water heater.

Same day Macee called to let me know the weather had a lot to do with the next part of my job my water meter leak.
My 3 Super Heroes pulled up early Josh, Jake and Stefan to dig up my yard to fix my water meter leak. It required a new pit and location for it. They worked all day throughout the rain. Got my new pit and water line under the house. The guys are remarkable never did complain at all. Josh ran the backhoe and done an excellent job and the yard looks good. Jake and Stefan ran the waterline and set the water meter. Everyone done a fantastic job from the start with Macee sending out Mitchell and his helper. And my super heroes Josh, Jake and Stefan everyone working together and no one was upset. I am so impressed with Pristine plumbing they are the Best and if I could I would give you 10* on your rating I would. Thank you so much for hiring the Best.

Brian P was helpful and creative in completing our bathroom project! He installed our new vanity, new faucet, and toilet. He planned ahead to bring specific needed materials and figured out how to get our vanity and backsplash perfectly in place. His attention to detail was fantastic. The guys came to my house to assess my problem with a toilet that other plumbers could not figure out. After checking out everything over and over, they finally decided it had to be a leak in the toilet itself. Of course, I was sure that was not the problem and resisted. However they were able to show me that red dye was disappearing in an almost invisible spot in the bottom of the toilet. They were very patient with me and certainly were thorough. I highly recommend these guys!

Robert did a fantastic job today. He fixed the leak and didn't charge an arm and a leg for it. I will definetly be recommending this place to other.

I never knew Roto rooter did new and replacement plumbing. I always thought they just cleaned out a line or advised septic care. I had two different service technicians over two different days in a row and they fixed some huge problem areas in the house, they saved me a lot of headaches and trouble by fixing so many things in a quick and efficient and professional way! On time, friendly, informative. Repair wasn't as easy as hoped. I was frequently updated and given the options and the cost of each one. Problem fixed, clean up was excellent, and glad to have the upstairs bathroom flowing again!

I had Alton huff do some plumbing and he did it great. Polite, fast and good. My son bugged him the whole time and he so nice to him.

I was very pleased with the work done by Bob on my basement toilet. I called him in the morning when I needed work done ASAP and he came that afternoon! Bob went above and beyond to replace an ancient toilet in my basement and my new toilet is working perfectly. His pricing is extremely reasonable as well. I will be using Bob for all of my plumbing needs in the future!

We always use Hamm & Sons for all our plumbing needs. We live in an older house and have had to have the drain cleaned, pipes all switched out all our old metal piping and fixed various leaks throughout the years.
They have always been arrived on time, everyone they've sent out has been friendly, efficient, and explain what the situation is, what they will do to repair/replace and the prices are incredibly reasonable. I cannot recommend them enough for all your plumbing needs!

I called the 24 hour service, what a joy. I called at 10PM and expressed my emergency. Was assured the electrician would be here by 8am. But they NEVER CAME. they called and said they could squeeze me in on Tuesday. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND THE BBB WILL BE NOTIFIED.

Excellent work, incredibly reasonable pricing, and very responsive. Casey rebuilt 3 toilets (one of which included a full pull and reset) and rebuilt 2 aging shower faucet assemblies. I especially appreciated the time he spent sourcing the necessary parts for the old shower fixtures so we didn't have to do a costly replacement. I am relatively new to home ownership, and this was the first major plumbing work I needed to have done. Moon Family Plumbing will definitely be my go-to company for any plumbing needs moving forward.

So far so good! Met with Derryck Taylor on re-piping our sewer line and adding an outside clean out.. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Need to discuss my options with my hubby and hopefully we will get something set up shortly.Service plus did our sewer repair and completed it today 5/6/21.. Cory and Jordan were a delight and knowledgeable on identifying the root problem and the correct sewer piping that was previously used (AC piping).

After this review. It needs to be amended. Was giving time but this needs to be reported. What this Jason did was did a fast repair as my first review. But unfortunately he , Jason made a big error in cutting my hard plumbing short. Instead of fixing he put a $2.65 rubber connector on a 2 hp Zoeller pump. It completely blew apart next day. Called him to come back. Told my wife we had clogged line this he knew was untrue. Charged us another 180.00 plus 300.00 more to run a camera. Made him fix whst he did . Then LIED and said would refund HIS ERROR. I am out $500.00 because of his mess up and lied about REFUND hire at you own RISK . LIES TO CUSTOMERS
