Best Water Line Leak Detection in Indianapolis IN

The water company notified us that we had to replace our nipple pipe with threaded pipe and get a new stop & waste valve. Our house is approx. 120 years old, so every plumbing repair brings the possibility of replacing a lot of pipe, digging up the yard, and spending lots. Jeremy D, our plumber, not only took the time to carefully talk me through the risks and give me updates during the job, but he was able to fix our tricky situation so that we didn't have to dig! He saved us thousands, and was polite and professional the entire time. He's knowledgeable and competent, and is in fact a pretty interesting person, though we only chatted for 5 min or so. Mr. Rooter has been fantastic. We used them several years ago to install a new water heater. We've used them to service our hot water heater as well. Unfortunately we've had to get another new water heater with the addition of a softener. They have been so helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend them. Jeremy, the technician, Ashley and Taylor the office staff have all been wonderful!

I called Bob and he gave me tips to help me clear my clog in the kitchen sink first. He said if this didn't work to call him back and he would be happy to come out. This way could save me money up front. I would definitely prefer to try to clear it myself first! Good guy. Never met him but will definitely be calling him back should I need him.

I was dealing with a clogged washer drain and Mr. Plumber was able to get here faster than anyone else. They arrived on time and were able to resolve the issue quicker than expected. We had an outside faucet replaced and a toilet replaced. Very fair pricing and very good communication. Answered all my dumb girl questions lol!! Casey was amazing!!

Had a guy from service plus tell me that my house didn’t need winterized because “it’s got a basement”. Fast forward two months when I get the water turned back on and I’ve got two busted pipes. I called to complain and fell on deaf ears. Also the guy doesn’t even work there anymore so they can’t ask him. I wasn’t treated very well by the plumbing manager either. I’d think that they would go out and fix this to keep a customer happy. It’s literally only a couple hours of work I need done by a licensed house plumber. Don’t listen to their techs. Go find a small time real plumber who knows what he’s talking about. Not some huge company that can’t keep track of their techs. My $.02

After having a date set for a plumber to come by and meet me for a free estimate on a bathroom update in my home, they didn't show up the date of, so I called and they said they would send someone out the next day. Well that didn't happen either. So I call again to complain and get put on hold, to eventually hung up on and blocked apparently, because my wife can still call the business but I can't. Very unpleasant and unprofessional in my opinion considering I really need help on the fixture update.
