Best Water Line Installation in Indianapolis IN

Hope has always provided great service anytime I need them. I appreciate the communication on service calls or anything else I have had done. They go above and beyond to keep you informed of an arrival time. Today I had great service from Leon Hiepner for a clogged line. He cleaned up after getting the line opened and gave info for maintenance to keep the line flowing. Would definitely recommend.

Hired to replace shut off valve. Even though it was not an emergency, someone came out within 48 hours, explained the issue, the estimate, and performed the service expeditiously. Will definitely use them again!

Had them take out a dishwasher and install a new one. Honest and did a quick job (unlike Hope Plumbing which found three things they also needed to fix which Grateful Plumber said worked just fine or just needed tightened). Also I appreciated they didn't have a flat fee for coming out, and would give you the price for the service over the phone unlike many companies.

The cost if a line repair between the water main and the house is never fun to swallow, but the people from Cater's My Plumber made the process comforting and transparent. They were friendly, prompt, and professional. I enjoyed being able to interact and discuss the details of the effort. I have made similar repairs myself, but they are bug nast<0y jobs. Carter's My Plumbet had the tools, ethic, and skills to make it look easy. Thank you and a special thanks to the two professionals who made the repairs!

We chose Steg plumbing since other contractors in our area refused to install items we had already purchased. It appeared as if the other contractors needed to get their markup on products they supplied as well as the labor necessary to install these items. With the purchase of our appliance at a national big box store and the quote from Steg plumbing the job would cost us just under $900. Comparing this to a quote from a well-known, heavily advertised local plumber we were saving $1400 on our job.
