Let’s talk about customer service. I am blown away by how Ryan McCormack went above and beyond in ensuring our main line was cleared out with a camera inspection, he checked the crawl space to ensure there were no leaks and overall had some good recommendations on how to avoid the issue in the future. Furthermore, he noticed I had a new toilet seat that I had not gotten around to installing yet and he offered to put it on for me, no additional charge. He just wanted to make sure his customer was taken care of. I’ve noticed over the years that customer service, as a whole, is becoming an afterthought. When you hear the words customer service, it seems as it’s used as a buzz word more than actually providing the customer with superior service. I can tell you, without reservation, that Ryan epitomizes what customer service should really be. He is professional, helpful, insightful and most importantly he went above and beyond to help his customer when he really didn’t have to. I appreciate everything he did, as well as Mike, the gentleman who unclogged the mainline. Overall, even if a company isn’t the cheapest, if they can provide a level of customer service that exceeds my expectations it goes a long way in ensuring they’ll have my repeat business.

Had all the water lines replaced from galvanized to PEX. Completed in one day and at half the price their Indy competitor claiming to specialize in old homes had quoted.

Dan S came to my home on time and did a great job explaining to me as to what I could expect. He installed the tankless water heater quickly. The install was very clean with minimal noise. My overall experience was great and I would highly recommend Dan S and Ben Franklin Plumbing to anyone.

Adam and Brett came by to reset a toilet and give me price quotes for a water softener. I had a different company out the prior day. They were honest and told me that half of the things didn’t need to be fixed and provided an affordable price for the needed repairs. It’s so hard to find an honest company and I will call them every time for all future plumbing needs!

I had floor replaced in bathroom & flooring company replaced toilet but toilet was leaking and not functioning correctly. Carter’s came & reset toilet efficiently, professionally, and very courteous. Highly recommend!

Vanlal arrived as scheduled and assessed the situation concerning my drain problem. He was totally professional and up front with pricing information prior to the work being preformed. Due to tree root issues, my drain problem was not totally resolved. However, Vanlil was honest with his advice concerning what needed to be done to fix the issue and scheduled another appointment to further investigate the problem (camera investigation of the drainage cleanout to check for tree root damage). So far, I am extremely pleased with the service provided!

Tim with the Plumb Doctor replaced our gas water heater that went out. He and his coworker was very nice and easy to work with. They did a good job of installing the unit and kept us well informed throughout the process. Thank you!!!

We couldn’t use any of our water in the house till our tank was pumped. Shane came out in less than an hour and had the tank pumped in no time.

So so so happy I called Bob to fix my sinks! He could have charged me a mint and I would have paid it gladly to get my bathroom sinks flowing again. He charged $45 for the whole job and showed me exactly how to fix it myself if/when the problem recurs. Highly recommend!!

Don't go to a restaurant in your company vehicle, receive good service, but don't rip. Try McDonald's next time!

Finding a pro to call back these days is a real blessing. Then to have automated texts and emails with updates on the scheduled appointment..... wow. We had a friendly plumber and the job got done on time as we hoped.

Unfortunately over the Mother's day weekend, my kitchen sink sprung a leak. Since it was a holiday and I wasn't gonna be home much, I decided to have a plumber come over today. Kendall was awesome!!! Very friendly and always smiling! He instantly brightened up my mood about the situation. We discussed some great payment options so I could get both drains of my sink fixed. The payments are affordable. Keep being awesome Kendall!
