My experience with Cerullo started with Rich coming to the house and giving me an estimate. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and patient with explaining each procedure. With in his quote he gave me three options of what could be done and left it to me to decide. After I decided and called the office they booked me an appointment to get the work started. Jeff was the technician who did the work and he was prompt, efficient, and friendly. I am very pleased with the results and I feel the price was fair.

On a Saturday morning, I called in about a pilot light I couldn't get started. I received a call back in minutes and was advised how to fix the issue over the phone for free. I highly recommend calling them if you have any plumbing issues.

My sump pump failed at 4:30 am. I called like 5 companies that claim 24 hour plumbing and none of them could get to me. I finally got to Mr. Rooter on the list around 7:00 and the owner was at my house my 7:30/8:00. He put in a temporary sump pump and also dried my basement because he also owns a restoration company called Damage Doctors. This was a huuuuge help to have one person to deal with both issues. Less than a week later they sent a plumber to out a new sump pump in. He was very professional and they were reasonably priced. Through the sister company they dried the basement and coordinated all the carpeting replacement and painting. Since I have a full home gym, they sent someone from Damage Doctors to help me disassemble all my equipment and move it. After the carpet was installed they came back to help me put my gym back together. Everything went super smooth.

I called Tuesday at 4:30 pm concerning a bubbling commode. They arrived today around 8 am and fix the problem. The gentlemen were courteous, friendly, and clean. I gave them 5 stars because they deserved them.

Brian did a great job fixing our bathroom problems. He was fast, very efficient and left everything.the way he found it. He even had some helpful tips for me I appreciated. It was a pleasant experience (except for the bill)!!

My water heater stopped heating and I called a couple of Indy-based companies to try and figure out what was wrong. First company made a quick assessment and said we should replace at least the heating elements and maybe the thermostat too, just to be safe; this would have been $500-800. I reached out to Plumb On to get me a second quote since that first one felt high.

Corey came out and spent 45 minutes or so thoroughly diagnosing the problem. It turns out that none of the hardware components were broken, and Corey identified the true problem: a loose wire and a bad connection, which he fixed within a few minutes. He didn't even charge me for the dispatch out of consideration for my having paid $90 to the first company. Impeccable. This is the kind of person/company you want to give your business to.

I received prompt, courteous, and professional service from your wonderful staff once again. This time it was Plumber Dave who fixed our plumbing problems. He answered questions, put up with more questions, and talked about what we could do in the future to solve or prevent the problems. Told me I didnt have a leak and needed a new water softener, which they sold me. 2 weeks later, no hot water. Came back out and said I had a leak. Leak detection tells me that I had the leak all along and that I didnt need a new water heater.

We had a water heater fail and flood our basement. We were desperate to find a plumber to quickly get old one drained, and install a new 75 gallon tank. Andrew was prompt, professional, and available on a Sunday! Such a kind person, and easy to work with. Would highly recommend!!

Used coupon for $69 tune up for first time customers. Technician showed me inside of my furnace before cleaning. Stating there is mold in my blower which would have already spread it to my ducts. $69 tune up now has turned into a quoted $3500 repair bill. I was skeptical since I had only been in the home 11 months and the home inspection pictures appeared to be similar to how it looked now with no mention from the inspectors outside of a recommended cleaning.

I used a mold remediation company to take samples and test this biological growth. Tests returned negative for anything biological and appeared to be corrosion at best.

I would recommend staying away from this incompetent company and using literally anyone else. Summers attempted to take my $69 discounted tune up and pad the bill into a $3500 unnecessary repair. I WILL NEVER USE Summers FOR ANY SERVICE AGAIN!
