Grateful Plumber was referred by a friend to hook up a water softner. Softner was hooked up in no time, but was then informed there was a leak in an o-ring and needed replaced. Very disappointed they didn't offer to assit with leak and I will now have to contact another plumber and pay for another service call to make the water softner operable. Feel like it was a waste of money since the full job wasn't completed.

Started to have sewage back up issues at my House and was referred to L&D Smith Plumbing by my insurance company.

Joe came out within a day of us reaching out and did the initial assessment and confirmed there was a blockage with his camera and pinpointed where it was. He gave us a quote for the bringing a team out to dig and find the issue. He was very transparent and educational because I know nothing about plumbing and had quite a few questions.

We were able to schedule the team of Tim and Trevor to come out and do the work at the earliest convenience for me. Tim and Trevor were able to find this issue in short order and educated me on the solutions. They were able to go down and dig out 7-9 feet of dirt replace my broken pipes and fill it in less than 24 hours and my sewage flow was back to new.

Very thankful for their responsiveness, professionalism and transparency. I would recommend this group to anyone having plumbing issues.

Summers Plumbing Heating and Cooling is a very professional business. They explained all of our options in a very clear manner. They included my husband in the process via phone and photos. There was zero pressure involved. They immediately put us on their schedule. Within 24 hours, we had a new system up and running. The installers were clean, courteous and professional. Communication was excellent. I received detailed text updates. The text messages also included pictures of the employees that would show up at my door. Installers placed down mats to help protect my flooring as they entered and exited our home. I highly recommend this company.

Mike came to provide a quote for a new water heater, because our hard water means we have to replace appliances every few years. I asked on a whim how big a job it would be to someday install a water softener in our house that was not set-up for one. 20 minutes later he had checked out the pipes and split out quotes for both the heater and softener installation. Today I have a new heater, softener, and RO drinking water system installed and I couldn’t be happier. Mike was professional, knowledgeable, took his time to explain things to me, and gave me options for installation with pros/cons and his best opinion. I was very comfortable working with him and will not hesitate to use this service again.

They was a waste of time came out measure for a water heater said they would call to let us know our pricing options and messaged me saying they couldn't help my water heater was in kitchen and not up to code where located my water heater is not located in my kitchen it is behind a bathroom in a laundry room .

Peterman does a great job on all visits. The monthly maintenance fee covers yearly service calls as well as discounts with them. Every employee goes above and beyond. Great company.

Awful service, They said that they can't put a camera down our main plumbing pipe and flushed the toilets then said everything was fine, Then i called another company and they came out put there camera down the pipe perfectly and now fixing it.
