Phil and Alex were great to work with. They were responsive, straight-forward and offered a fair price for their services. They quickly set up a time that worked for us to come and replace our water heater. They let us know when they were on our way which was within the window they had told us and when they arrived, they were friendly and professional. The replacement process was pretty quick and they were careful to leave protect our carpets and their work space clean. We have plenty of hot water now! Would recommend working with them!

I recently had the pleasure of hiring a plumber to replace a faulty faucet and toilet in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the service from Prime Plumbing and Drains. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free, thanks to the exceptional skills and professionalism of Phil, the owner/operator.

Firstly, I was impressed with the his communication skills. He promptly returned my calls and emails. He arrived on time for our scheduled appointment. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the issues with my plumbing in a clear and concise manner, which gave me confidence that I was in good hands.

Phil was willing to work with my home owner’s insurance. He was extremely patient with me as I decided exactly what I wanted.

The end result was fantastic - my new faucet and toilet are both functioning perfectly, and I no longer have to worry about leaks or other plumbing issues. He even came back the next day to see why my dishwasher was not working. The crew that removed my counters did not reinstall the dishwasher correctly.

Overall, I am incredibly impressed with the service provided by Prime Plumbing. He demonstrated excellent workmanship, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. When we were having difficulties with both our water heater and our sinks backing up, Phil was quick to respond to our service request and provided exceptional service. I had Phil from Prime Plumbing and drains out at my new house to check out our sump pump and get a quote for battery back. He gave me a couple options. I went with a combo kit for a new sump and battery up. Came the next day and installed everything. Super professional, informative, and quick.

Phil and the team at Prime Plumbing and Drains were so professional, knowledgeable, and reasonable! They installed a water conditioner for us (alternative to water softener) and took time to explain all our options and pricing because we initially wanted a water softener. Phil was very knowledgeable and not at all “pushy” or “salesy” in his approach and got the job done quickly and for a great price. We will certainly call Prime again whenever we need anything related to plumbing/drains.

After years of using different big name plumbers that have been hit or miss - we’ve found a business we trust. The owner, Phil has been honest, thorough, with great communication and fairly priced. With a couple properties, we’ve used them a handful of times already and we’re very impressed with the knowledge and quick turn around to getting everything resolved promptly!

Prime was fantastic. Extremely fast responses from requesting a quote to scheduling to doing the job. Alex of Prime Plumbing arrived on time prepared, put his shoe covers on before entering my home, which means a lot to me, because I'm very picky!! He was very personable, went straight to the job and got it done in no time! Not only that, he explained a few things about the problem and took the time to answer all my questions! My daughter referred Alex personally for the same job(snaking our bathtubs) I really like how they, including Mimi the office manager and another young man who handled one of my calls were so polite! Phil & Alex did a quality installation of a new hybrid water heater to replace a standard electric one. They were very courteous and gave suggestions on maintenance. Their pricing was fair and I hope to use them again on future projects.

Phil and Alex are a great team!

They’re very knowledgeable and were willing to explain in detail our problem and the repair/replacement process. They were very responsive and squeezed us into a busy schedule with priority to make sure we could get our hot water back asap. They took care of the entire issue by calling the warranty company, uninstalling the old water heater, transporting it & swapping, then reinstalling - we didn’t have to worry about a thing.

They also went the extra mile by bringing our piping up to code and switching out some hardware that did not meet their quality standards. Once they finished up, they stayed to ensure all was working properly. I also appreciated that they wore shoe covers and used floor covers.

Phil from Prime Plumbing was excellent. He was on time, kept me well informed and made sure my water heater instillation was done not only to code but to the level of best practices. Add to that a fair price and ultimate professional and you have a firm I can highly recommend.

This company is wonderful! They responded to our issue within an hour over a weekend and showed up right away the very next Monday to fix a toilet that wouldn't stop running. It was a brand new toilet that shouldn't have broken this fast so we were understandably stressed, but they took care of everything we needed super fast and were polite and professional. I would highly recommend and will be using for all future plumbing needs.

My home warranty company selected this company for a hot water heater replacement so I had no choice (First American Home Warranty (DO NOT USE THEM!!)). The plumber was friendly and the work seems fine but the response time was horrible! I had to wait 4 days to be seen to be told the obvious, there was no hot water in the house and there was water leaking out of the heater…I needed a new hot water heater ?. All they did was go to Home Depot to get the heater and that took an additional 7 days! The house was without hot water for 11 days!

Purchasing a home and 4 months later having to replace 70 ft of sewer line is certainly not an ideal situation. Phil and Prime were professional, personal, timely and fair in getting things flowing again at my home. Thank you Phil and Prime Plumbing for helping me out of a “crappy” situation in the manner in which you did.

Came home from work to find poo coming out of the utility room drain. Phil offered to come right over to diagnose the issue. Courteous, professional, and explained everything well. Had the problem fixed in less than a half hour. Even being an emergency call after hours, it didn't cost me an arm and a log.
