Person answering the phone was pleasant, efficient, solicitous and let me know exactly what their staff would do to get on with our day and our toilet taken care of. Tyler arrived just when he said, gave me options and conversed with me, never anything but trustworthy and helpful. Got everything repaired or replaced and he double and triple checked every joint. He was done quickly and left the site clean. I am over the moon with delight for the service and product we received from Hope Plumbing!

I believe the man who done the work did it well and knew what he was doing! He was friendly! My only concern was the cost it was more then I expected!
And because the didn't may it yesterday I had some damage!

I called them a week in advance for service and scheduled a time for them to come and clean my main line drain. We informed them that the repairs had to get be done in a specific time frame because we were purchasing the property. A technician came to the property, refused to service the property, and then the technician wouldn't answer when I called him back to try and reschedule. This was a large inconvenience and put us way behind schedule.

My basement started to flood because of a backed up drain and within 30 minutes of calling, they were out here clearing it for me. He didn't charge extra weekend fees and he got it cleared fast and calmed my nerves. Seriously haven't had such an honest guy come and fix my house for me.

I called this morning Pat worked me in since I am consider an essential worker and couldn't take off. He was so nice, did a Fantastic Job! Very Reasonable! Highly recommend him !!!!!

Have used Petree several times and have been very satisfied. They were here this week to fix a clogged drain. My only concern was that they did not wear masks. I am an older customer and I want to be careful in these Covid 19 days.

My water heater went out late on a Saturday night, so on Sunday, I left a communication with them on their web site. They called me shortly after they opened on Monday morning. Were here by 1000, and determined that I needed a new water heater. They went to pick it up and came right back and got it installed.
I was very please with their responsiveness and was lucky they had someone available to help me out. Gerald and Vernon talked to me about how to properly maintain the water heater and maybe this one will last longer.

Late Monday afternoon we discovered our sewer line was backing up into our basement so we quit using all water. We called Carter Plumbing and their tech, Sean Mooney arrived the next afternoon. We were hoping to avoid, at the worst, the costly installation of a new sewer line, as we had seen in other 100 year-old plus nearby homes in our neighborhood. Sean arrived and immediately laid down walking cloths to the area of concern in our basement to avoid dirtying our home.He was extremely professional, explaining every step he took. Much to our (pleasant) surprise, he quickly detected the problem---a clog in our interior line that he easily removed. Still, we were concerned that roots had clogged the sewer line out to the street, which would cause future problems.Within 20 minutes, an associate, Greg, arrived with a camera affixed to a line that displayed on a screen that there were no roots blocking flow into the city's sewer. With no need to clean out the line, our bill was substantially less than what we had anticipated.We could not have been more pleased. Sean was extremely professional, friendly, thoughtful and knowledgeable, giving us tips on maintaining clean lines. Our vote will always go to Carter Plumbing.

My technician showed up in a timely manner and was very professional and knowledgeable. All of my toilets and sinks were backed up, and he had my pipes cleared and everything working properly within an hour. He was very thorough and triple checked his work. The price was extremely affordable. I am more than satisfied with the service I received from Roto-Rooter, and I will most definitely be using them for any future issues I may encounter!
