We had several projects - a variety of leaks and a new faucet to install. Austin was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. He explained our options and set realistic expectations. He completed the work in a timely fashion keeping us updated on his progress. We selected Hope based on their emphasis of dealing with older homes. Not all plumbing firms have this perspective and we are happy to be working with the Hope team.

Everyone from the person who answered the phone, to the manager who gave me a speedy estimate, to the plumbers themselves Brad and Peyton, were fantastic. When they heard I hadn't had water for a couple of days they came out on a Friday afternoon, and let me have running water for the weekend!

I have had several utility lines replaced from gas to the water main and gordon plumbing did a good job although a week ago when they came out to run a new water main I was out of town and I wasnt aware that they were going to be doing the work that day so I had to rush home because someone failed to give me proper notice until the last second when a whole crew of men and machinery was at my house. I appreciate the good work though guys

When I booked the appointment they told me it would be $93 or free for the first 100 feet to open the sewer line. He gets there and determines it probably doesn’t need run but he can for an additional $325 plus a $97 trip charge. I asked him about the price advertised online he told me that was not correct. Them charged me $97 to show up and do nothing.

Over priced and I question the need for the excessive amount of work to solve my issue.

I've been using them for a couple years now and have had a great experience. As a landlord, fast reliable service is a MUST! Gurney's J. Bush is that MUST!

They came out as soon as we called (on a Sunday!), and everything was solved within an hour. So helpful and so fast. Wonderful service, and they gave us good advice for the future.

My water heater went out late on a Saturday night. I waited till Sunday and started calling around in the morning. Whereas some people wanted anywhere from $109 to $150 to come out and take a look, Pat was willing to troubleshoot over the phone before even coming out. With an extreme amount of patience that I myself may not have even had, he was able to walk me through the troubleshooting as well as figure out what my problem was. With it being under warranty, I was able to order the part overnight myself. I ordered the part first thing on Monday morning, the part came in on Tuesday afternoon, and Pat was very flexible about when he could come out on Wednesday to put the part in. When he got here he was very personable, efficient, knowledgeable, and was in and out in no time. For the simple fact that I'm a single homeowner, and also happened to be a girl, a lot of times some places will try to take advantage of you. Just for the simple fact that he was willing to talk me through it over the phone to begin with instead of coming out and charging a call, that alone was enough for me to go with him to do the work. When you've been add in that he then worked with me on scheduling, got the work done quickly, and was very reasonably priced, he will absolutely have my business from now on as well as me referrals for him to anyone who asks. Of course this had to happen on a Saturday! But Danny took really good care of me. He changed his plans at the last minute to help me with the incompetent moving/instillation crew that wasn't able to install my new washer and dryer. It only took him minutes to solve the problem. What a relief! And because I'm a senior citizen and a retired teacher he even gave me a great discount! Thank you again Danny not only for the efficient way you handled the problem, but also for the kind and professional way that you did it.

Buyer Beware with these snakes.Do not allow them to talk to your insurance company before they give you a quote. They found out the exact amount my insurance was willing to pay for cleaning up my basement and amazingly, it work came to exactly that number.Then when I discussed it with other vendors and my insurance adjuster they both said that the price was 30% higher than what it should have been.When I asked them about it and tried to work out a more reasonable price this is what I received back.The total payment of $%%%%.%% is due by 11/9/2018, after which a lien will be placed on the property for the amount due.When I decided that I had to pay them here was our correspondenceI received my insurance check on Monday of last week (9/29) and attempted to work out a more reasonable price, but when it was apparent that your company was committed to ripping me off I deposited the check on Friday (10/2). It's a two party check so there's a five day hold on it. I told your accounting department this, and here's the response I received.If we do not receive payment by 11/9/18 a lien will be placed on property and account will be turned over to legal. The contract that you signed states that payment is due to us by the 45th day and this is past that point. Again, if payment is not at the office by Friday 11/9/18 account will be turned over to legal and lien will be placedSo they immediately go to threatening to place an lien on my property. Learn from my mistake and stay away from this POS company.

David put in a new kitchen sink faucet in for us and it was a real pain in the butt I could tell but he kept his cool and finished the job quickly and it works awesome now. We originally called him because we had a leak somewhere in the wall in the kitchen and he found it immediately, cut the drywall behind the dishwasher and repaired the pipes and did a great job!
We called him a second time because of the great job he did for us the first time to disconnect a water softener in my daughters house and he had it done in no time and she was very pleased with the communication and the work and said she will recommend him to her friends!
