I had a gas leak. I called the gas company, they came out and checked for the gas leak. They found a leak and shut my gas off accordingly. I called Hope Plumbing and they sent out a technician (Jonathon). The first thing he did was to explain what he would do to detect the leak. He was very knowledgeable and professional and made me feel that he cared about his customer. He finished the job in an acceptable amount of time. I am very satisfied with this company and would not hesitate to recommend my friends to Hope Plumbing. If I ever need a plumber again, I will certainly be calling this company. They are also very reasonable and fair on price.

The guy that came out today couldnt fix what was wrong (due to things beyond his and our control) but he did his best to help us out and was very kind and understanding!

Terry did a great job and provided me with timely information concerning the old pipes that needed to be replaced as well as a couple of other issues. My house is old and over the years I’ve ended up with a patchwork of plumbing with a mix of copper, steel and pvc. We’re fixing that and at at a reasonable prIce. I’m a long time customer and I love Service Plus.

Very disappointed with Nick and the office staff. He showed up on Friday to the apartment complex to check on a gas leak. I called their office and spoke to Amanda who said Nick was getting a quote together and I would have it right away. Nick also told this to my leasing agent in our office. Did not hear back from them or receive the quote all weekend and I have a resident with no gas. So I called yesterday to talk with Nick and see when the apartment can be repaired. Doh! They suddenly don't have any record of being at my property and are confused by me calling. Then a real rude woman gets on the phone and says we have no appointments til Friday. Sounds pretty fishy to me. You were in my office on Friday- come see yourself on camera! Very unprofessional!!! I would call Mcneely instead of Gordon's, they are rude and will lie! Mcneelys fixed the leak the same day I called them. So if you want to get the run around call Gordon's! Good luck!

When I booked the appointment they told me it would be $93 or free for the first 100 feet to open the sewer line. He gets there and determines it probably doesn’t need run but he can for an additional $325 plus a $97 trip charge. I asked him about the price advertised online he told me that was not correct. Them charged me $97 to show up and do nothing.

Joel was absolutely awesome! He is very knowledgeable, does what is in the best interest of the customer, got everything done very quickly - especially with how complicated the situation was, and always kept me updated throughout the entire process. Would give six stars if I could!

Fast and know what to do

Very nice owner. He came out the next day. Opened my drain. He also has a construction company and I'm going to have him do some more work for me when I get $ together. Very happy customer.

We hired them to run completely redo our outside spigot. It has never been connected since we had the house. They ran pvc, connected it, and replaced outside spigot. They were very professional, friendly, and worked in a timely manner.

I got Indy Water Heater's number from my water heater company's website. When I called Indy, the gentleman who answered was responsive, knowledgeable, and was able to get me an appointment the next morning. The 2 technicians were professional, cleaned up behind themselves, and came on time. They educated me to my new unit and how to yearly flush the tank to have it last longer. I will recommend them highly to anyone who asks for a recommendation.

Puia was our technician. He was on time and was able to fix our problem quickly. He was very polite. He was cautious of our home and wore boot covers and put down a protective tarp. He even had protective covers on the wheels of the machine he used. Thank you for the quick response.

David Haight from Aqueduct Plumbing was excellent. He diagnosised the problem quickly. Fixed the clogged drains and replaced the incorrectly installed pipes. Wonderful, professional plumber and person.
