Best Tankless Water Heater Maintenance in Indianapolis IN

Last night I found a water leak in our main water shut off valve. We are just two days away from leaving for a long trip and I didn't want to leave the house at risk of a major leak. Our house is older and has older piping so I have no inclination to try and fix it myself. I called Hope after 11pm and had a quick answer from their rep. They got my name and information down and said they will do their best to get someone out before we left. The next morning I got a text stating that Jacob was going to be coming. He called ahead of time which allowed me to get the area ready. He was very professional and courteous. He informed me of the various options to fix my current issue but also looking forward what they could do for our older system (complete replacement) Although I wasn't interested in the full replacement option right now he did still give me an invoice of what to expect if I choose to do it later. He fixed the main water shutoff quickly and efficiently. He was responsive to my questions and even added a shutoff valve for our outdoor faucet for we didn't have one. All-in-all it was a last minute expensive fix but their membership program did save us some money on the bottom line. He answered all my questions about the program and it's benefits and I found great value in what they offered for the membership. I feel much more confident in my home being safe now that the leak has been fixed and I know I can call them anytime if I have any issues. Thank you for a great first experience.

He was friendly and professional and repaired everything and installed a new water softener. He thoroughly tested all faucets when job completed. They came out and gave an estimate. We accepted and even though it was a week out because their really busy they showed up on time and did a great job. Cory was very nice and spent time walking us through the process through out the day. It was a big job. Very professional and wore masks and I'd recommend plumb on to everyone. We have been very well taken care of by Mr. Plumber and their technicians. We've had 5 total technicians because what we thought was just a clogged sink, turned out to be a lot more. Warren (camera) and Jonathan (hydrojet) have gone above and beyond for us to make sure that our problem is getting fixed. They have been honest and given us worst case scenario options and also worked to get things flowing at the lowest cost possible to us. Everyone has also been willing to explain what's going on and answered all of our questions to the best of their ability. Would highly recommend Mr. Plumber to friends/family and will be using again in the future.

Terrible service!!
First guy came out to clean out my Greas Trap and only half way cleaned it. I called them back out to finish the job. I had to call them back out 2 or 3 more times because they couldn’t reseal the lid that they got off causing a bad smell in my kitchen.
They couldn’t figure it out so I had someone else that knew what they where doing finish the job.

My AC stopped working, due to Thermostat malfunction. The technician who came, looked at the Thermostat and said its gone bad. I knew that already.
I asked for a new basic Thermostat and he quoted 500$. I paid the 29$ service call fee, and said NO THANK YOU.

I had a small leak inside my crawl space. Danny quickly identified the source - the external faucet had cracked due to freezing. He quickly replaced the faucet and added a shutoff valve to prevent future problems. The price was reasonable and I will use them in the future for my plumbing needs.

I continued a service from previous home owner with Williams Comfort Air. Joe Ross was my technician. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He explained every step of the process, and suggested the best components for an efficient geothermal system. He was very professional and tidy. I signed up for another year of service maintenance, I and will be requesting Joe.

We're new homeowners as of 02/2016 and wanted an inspection of our hot water heater and other plumbing.

P & K offered us an appointment for the morning after I bought the offer here on another website--very prompt--for between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. When I asked if they could come after my husband finishes getting ready for work (8:15), they said no problem. :)

Danny called from 45 minutes away and arrived right on time by 9:30. He put on shoe covers, which I didn't expect but was very appreciative, and inspected our hot water heater, a Bradford White with a 6-year warranty that's now 15 years old... going on 16. We'd suspected the previous owners didn't get it routinely serviced, and Danny confirmed our suspicions. He told us the clacking sound we were hearing was the sediment from the hard water and that the whistle was the HWH working harder due to the sediment. Considering its age and condition, he recommended not flushing it (in case sediment was covering any rust) and making replacement a priority, but could be put off until it starts leaking.

Danny inspected the other plumbing and found two more issues, including a rag in the toilet tank as a jury rig! The joys of home ownership!!! He left us quotes for a HWH replacement ($1150 with new HWH included!) and the two other plumbing issues.

Also, after reading some reviews of plumbing companies, I know some people complained that giant stickers were left behind on their HWH. Danny asked my permission if I wanted a sticker, and I happily said yes. Easier to find the number! And it wasn't giant at all. :)

Everything went great, and we'll definitely be calling P&K again!

Used coupon for $69 tune up for first time customers. Technician showed me inside of my furnace before cleaning. Stating there is mold in my blower which would have already spread it to my ducts. $69 tune up now has turned into a quoted $3500 repair bill. I was skeptical since I had only been in the home 11 months and the home inspection pictures appeared to be similar to how it looked now with no mention from the inspectors outside of a recommended cleaning.

I used a mold remediation company to take samples and test this biological growth. Tests returned negative for anything biological and appeared to be corrosion at best.

I would recommend staying away from this incompetent company and using literally anyone else. Summers attempted to take my $69 discounted tune up and pad the bill into a $3500 unnecessary repair. I WILL NEVER USE Summers FOR ANY SERVICE AGAIN!

Amazing experience! Nick did a great job of explaining everything and answering questions. He was also very professional and personable. 10/10 will use Peterman Brothers again.
