We had a home gas leak. Interacting with Pristine Plumbing from the first call was professional with excellent communication along the way. Their technician Derrick was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He found several leaks and offered two viable options to solve the problem. I would certainly recommend Pristine Plumbing.

Mark M. was simply outstanding with his detailed presentation of the choices I’d have, the merits of each choice, and the cost/value breakdown for each. And then Dan and Gavin arrived to install the tankless system and wow - did they ever do beautiful work. It’s one thing to take a complicated installation and make it “work”…it’s another thing entirely when everything is done with precision and care for how the end result “looked” every bit as much as how it “worked”. Dan was confident in his work and super professional in every way and I think Gavin was about the most polite and courteous young person that I’ve met in a very long time. I’ve never received such poor service. Besides the faucet dripping after a supposedly new one was installed, the owner then insisting it’s normal and they’ll charge me another $49 to come out again if he thinks nothing is wrong, a couple days later I noticed numerous scratches in the wood laminate flooring in front of the rug in front of the sink. I don’t know what they did but clearly you cannot trust these guys in your home. Apparently putting something down to protect the floor was too much trouble for them. They clearly don’t care and only give good service to certain people. They only offer a 30 day guarantee on their own work but tell me delta offers a lifetime warranty on the faucet. Conveniently they took the box the faucet came in and any warranty information with them. The receipt they sent shows only one price for everything, $359. No company accepts that as proof of purchase. They were here for 30 minutes and only did damage.

I have had them fix a toilet and sink and install a new water softener and basement bathroom. All service calls have been handled very quickly and efficiently. All new installations are very professional and within or under budget. Casey was efficient, friendly, and flexible. He rebuilt/repaired leaking faucet in a jiffy for a very reasonable price. He also clearly explained my options and didn't try to pressure me into the more expensive longer term solution (of replacing the whole sink/the valves underneath that have issues too) since I couldn't afford at the moment and that was a relief. He even came back out to look at a side effect of the repair for me (a clogged aerator due to debris in my line from turning off and on my water to the house) for free. A gem among plumbers. 10/10 would call again.

Mike is the guy you want working on your plumbing needs. I had him come out and install a gas line for me. I was originally going to do it myself and had already purchased the materials. He didn't blink an eye, used my parts and charged me a reasonable hourly rate. Also, he obviously takes pride in his work and I recommend him highly. I'll be calling him next time.

This company was called by my apartment complex to fix my kitchen sink. The guy that came out accused me of lying about the issue and then refused to fix it. And proceeded to tell the property management the issue had been fixed and collected payment.

One of their people come out to determine tejeré I had a leak in the bathroom and living room. The gentleman determined that the leaks were coming from vents from the roof. So, I cannot say enough about what a fantastic job that he did and I will not hesitate to have McNeely come out again. I am going to have to because the leak in my bathroom has come back. I know it is a leak from the roof because my neighbour‘a have had the same problems with their condos.

I used this plumbing company today. The man lacked professionalism. My appointment was at 2:00p.m. he came at 4:00p.m. I had to call him and ask what time did he think he was coming? When he arrived he knocked twice and let himself in my home. He didn't speak at all ugh
