The initial woman I spoke to on the phone was very kind and helpful. She scheduled me right away and explained the process.Richard came out right on time and diagnosed the issue straight away. He was professional in his communication and even wore protective shoe covers in our home. He explained the issue clearly, answered all my questions, and fixed the issue quickly. I’m so glad I went with this company to fix my shower.

Jeff was great. He was able to come out within two hours of my call, and he was very clear about the cost and what he was doing. I really appreciated not being charged extra for same day service and how quick the service was even though I called later in the evening. If I have any other problems in the future I will definitely use Roto-Rooter again.

Called for a clogged sewer drain on Sunday. Hamm's drain person showed up in a timely fashion and spent 2 hours cleaning roots out of the sewer drain. Professional, courteous, friendly, and above all very skilled.Fee charged was very reasonable, particularly for Sunday service/

Good company that knows what they are doing but very expensive. When I asked why it cost over $500 to replace 2 Delta shower cartridges, they responded saying the parts cost $300. Really? Felt like I was taken advantage of.

Repair techs showed up on time and were very friendly and personable. They worked quickly and were very helpful with answering our questions and giving advice on how to take care of our water heater. I would def recommend Willam's to others.

You guys didn't do any work for me but I was at Meijer parked in the spot because I have a trailer on my truck and a guy in a service truck decided hes gonna park 3 in front of my truck where I couldn't hardly get out And he didn't even bother to move so I just wanted to let you know that guy that was there at Meijer is a real rude dude thank you.

We called and set up an appointment yesterday. They did not show up to our scheduled appointment time; I find this extremely unprofessional. My day is wasted and I still have a plumbing issue. There is no excuse for missing an appointment without the courtesy of a phone call.
I will not be requesting their services in the future.

We had another company install a tankless water heater about 6 weeks earlier. It was working great. The Saturday before Easter, there was no hot water and when we looked at the unit itself, it had no power. We checked breakers, oulet, etc. and everything was showing good. I started calling around different companies who advertised 24/7 service but yet none of them had anyone on-call for the entire weekend. They told me that the 24/7 just meant that they answered the phone 24/7. Uh huh!! They all wanted to come first thing on Monday and I told each of them NO! I finally reached Gary at Mr. Waterheater and they do actually have an on-call 24/7. Gary was great and had Josh set up to come out which he was there inside of 2 hours after my call. After taking his time and checking everything out, he put his hand behind the on-off switch inside the panel and it flickered. Long story short, the factory had not installed one of the wires all the way and it came loose. Great job by all!! Would absolutely use them again without question. They couldn't be any nicer and they were extermely thorough and competent.

Major kitchen drain blockage on Christmas day! It was awful. Joe P came quickly and had the problem solved quickly, neatly, and professionally...extremely knowledgeable and helpful! We have trusted Northern Comfort System for years and they never disappoint!

I needed a washing machine valve replacement. They made sure to match my existing setup to minimize impact to my wall. I appreciated that tremendously. I think another plumber would have just said it is what it is and destroyed my wall.
But they also found other issues with drains while they were here. They fixed them and showed me how to maintain myself. I will have these people out for all of my plumbing needs. It’s good to have people you know can solve problems for you when you are in a bind. I appreciate Brown’s Plumbing. Makes my life less stressful.

Called and a man answered like he wasn't expecting to pick up a phone. He tells me they sometimes do free estimates when I ask. I explain what I need and he procedes to tell me he probably wouldn't be interested because he's so busy! Most likely not interested because of the size and complexity of the job. It is okay to tell me you're not equipped for that, guy!
