The day after Christmas my neighbor condo’s had a water pipe burst and we were unable to turn off the water because the valve was frozen. Water was gushing into her condos and the condos on each side. After waiting 5 hours for Summer, I started calling other services. I left a message for Brown Plumbing. I received a return phone call within 3 minutes and he was on his way to help. He arrived and was able to handle a bad situation in a quick amount of time. He dealt with no electricity on in the home, had to turn off the street water, and repair the frozen valve that had broken off in about 40 minutes. He was able to recommend a restoration company that came out that night to help one of the effected neighbors. Zach was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and the price was very reasonable. Most important for us that evening was his immediate response, when no other plumber in Hamilton County could do it. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

During this past winter storm, pipes going to our laundry room were frozen. We're new homeowners and new to Midwest weather so we have no clue what to do. I found Zac's info on Facebook and gave him (and a ton other plumbers) a call to try to get them to come take a look at the frozen pipes on Christmas day. Brown's Plumbing Service was extremely responsive - I had clogged pipes causing water to come out an un-capped vent pipe in the basement workroom - Brown's plumbing agreed to come out that same day - but over the course of the day with texting / calls - back and forth - I was able to trouble shoot the problem with their help and guidance and discover it was a soft clog that had worked itself out. With the problem being resolved with no charge - Brown's Plumbing also provided recommendation for rubber clamp cap to purchase / install to prevent future mess. Thank you again for all your help - I would highly recommend this business.

I needed a washing machine valve replacement. They made sure to match my existing setup to minimize impact to my wall. I appreciated that tremendously. I think another plumber would have just said it is what it is and destroyed my wall.
But they also found other issues with drains while they were here. They fixed them and showed me how to maintain myself. I will have these people out for all of my plumbing needs. When you have an emergency plumbing need, stress can be high After calling 7 large companies who advertised 24/7 service, I could get no help beyond a call center saying 8:00 am the next y was the next available time. When I contacted Brown's Plumbing, I not only found help, I got instant advice and stopped the problem within the time of sending 5 texts back and forth. I was working from home and found water actively dumping into my basement from a pipe every time my sump pump ran (which is often). They were on their way to a job close to my house and rushed over (thank you to that understanding customer). They quickly fixed the issue, explained what had happened, and secured other pipes and fittings to prevent any other potential problems. A major crisis was averted thanks to their prompt response and speed in fixing the blown fitting.

Excellent service from Zach Brown. He answered my call early on a Sunday morning for a leaking water heater, came out shortly thereafter to survey the job and was honest and candid in his assessment. He was able to get me up and running again with a new water heater and softener in the same day. He and his team were professional, quick and effective and I was back in business by lunch time. Called Zach Saturday for an emergency job. Went over options quickly and showed up in about an hour with a replacement heater. This compared positively against lots of others who didn’t have bandwidth to do this weekend job. Completed the job in about one hour and saved us from lots of inconvenience. In our recently purchased home, the 12 year old water heater gave out. At 4:15 pm, I randomly selected Brown Plumbing expecting days of cold showers to follow. We needed our master bath shower faucet fixed. My husband is handy, but sometimes you have to let the professionals do it to inhibit creating more damage. I was able to get same day service, and pleased that there wasn’t attempts to up-sell or sell unnecessary things. The issue that I called for was the issue that was addressed. We were given advice regarding other plumbing matters that was appreciated. We will use this plumbing company for all future plumbing issues.

Called Zach on a Saturday for a non-emergency issue (shower would not turn on). Despite having a viewing that day, Zach answered my call and my questions and even offered to come out over the weekend, despite having other plans. Since it wasn't an emergency, I told him Monday was fine. Showed up Monday morning first thing and had it repaired in under an hour at a cost about $400 cheaper than what some of my other neighbors paid for the same issue. Aside from that, looked at another minor plumbing inconvenience and let me know the best way to go on it at no charge. Would highly recommend Zach and his team to anyone who needs quality work done quickly and at a reasonable price.

Mr. Brown is a true professional! I first contacted him in July for an issue with my toilet running non-stop. Mr. Brown was able to come out and check it within 15 minutes of me calling him. Once here, he determined it would need to be replaced, which he was able to do right then. Within 45 minutes I had a new toilet working perfectly! He cleaned up his work area and hauled away my old toilet.

I had inquiried about installing a water softener, which he recommended would help with keeping my toilet in working condition. Our water was very hard on our pipes.

So, now a few months later, I called him on a Monday and he was here, on time, Wednesday morning to install a water softener.

His communication is top notch!  He answered both times I called him for help and he replied to messages quickly. He even kept me informed throughout the whole process of installation of the softener because I was not present and he was working with my husband.

His prices we very reasonable, especially for the quality of work you receive. He also has coupons available on his website.

I've used Zach a couple of times now and he is what you look for in a plumber. He was honest, on-time and very knowledgeable on the items I had fixed. I recently called him about the pressure release valve on my water heater on a Sunday. He was happy to come out, but he told me how easy it was to fix it myself and ended up saving me several hundred dollars. I don't know too many companies that would walk you through installing it yourself. Great Business!

I called when my floor installer noticed the water supply to my toilet was not operating properly. He came over the same day and not only fixed the issue with my water supply but pointed out some important things for me to know. He also talked to my floor installer about how to reinstall the toilet properly so I would not have issues later.

We had a small problem with our softener. Not only did Zach fix that but also checked our hot water heater, changed the filter for the humidifier and suggested a few other things to consider. All at no extra cost. Will surely use him again when required

Browns has replaced hot water heater, sump pump, soft water, disposal. Installed new half bath, and replumbed the entire drain system in our hose. All done quickly neatly and NO issues or problems after. Polite professional and understands current code requirements! Will use again when needed..
