Joshua Shahan with Hope Plumbing was so helpful today! He corrected the settings on our water softener so we can finally have good soft water. The factory default settings weren’t right for Indianapolis’s hard water. Josh recognized that right away and got the system recalibrated to address the hardness. We also appreciate that Hope sent him to us the same day we called. Great customer service!

The service call went great and he even called the next morning to be sure the sump pump repair was working!

Seth Kelso was very professional. Every step of the way he educated on what he was doing he worked on the tree roots that were stubborn until he was able to get my drains open! He cared about helping with solutions to keep the drain open. I would recommend him to anyone. Very nice man. I give him high marks!!!

Drain Busters Indy, a company that has no Competition in my book. I called Mark at 9 O'clock on a Saturday Night. He was leaving a job and decided he could accept our job and would be here to help us. In less than an hour he pulled up. Great Timing!! identified our issue and resolved it. He also discovered an underlying issue that needs attention soon. No hard selling or pressure. He told us what needs to happen and if we need him to do it, just call.
Mark was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We are calling him for our pending job and We plan to keep Drain Busters Indy as our Plumber of Choice... plumbing issues can be scary cause you don't know what you could be up against. We called and set up an appointment yesterday. They did not show up to our scheduled appointment time; I find this extremely unprofessional. My day is wasted and I still have a plumbing issue. There is no excuse for missing an appointment without the courtesy of a phone call.
I will not be requesting their services in the future.

The rep from Roto Rooter was kind, caring, thoughtful, and fixed all of my drain problems and how to prevent these problems in the future. Will DEFINITELY be using them in the future!

A cold shower surprise prompted a blind search for a water heater pro and Gary responded immediately, showed up soon after and walked us through all the choices with straight talk about pros and cons for our situation ,aspiring to high end but budget conscious. His crew showed up next day as promised and did a beautiful install and cleanup with no oops/ extras, and some helpful care advice for getting stretching its life past the warranty. Absolutely recommend this long-time family-owned and staffed business Just had a great hot shower and feeling good about it costing half as much as our one other quote as well. An easy 5-star!
