Best Shower Replacement in Indianapolis IN

I used Hope Plumbing to replace nearly all of the plumbing to my upstairs bathroom in my 104-year-old house. I had them back a few weeks later to repair my leaking vent stack (improperly repaired by the previous owner), and they were able to find a different solution that cost 1/3 of what was originally quoted. Of the handful of contractors I worked with due to dealing with a home warranty, Hope really stood out. The work was very well done, the pricing was reasonable, and they were very responsive and easy to work with throughout the whole process.

I have no idea how they have such high ratings. They must pay people to review. I called them because of the ratings. They sent this sketchy guy out and some 15 year old kid. I knew there was a $69 assessment fee. I was ok paying it based on the magnificent reviews. My service request was to make sure all of my pipes are winterized with heat tape and insulation. The guy (Derek) gets under the house and is yelling, cussing, screaming because he was scared of the crickets. Is this really a 5 star plummer? No. He shows me that the pipes are fine. The heat tape was on and working but says there is a small corner that could use a little insulation around it. I am aware that putting a piece of fiber glass insulation would take less that two minutes and cost less than $20 if I were to do it myself. The $69 fee goes towards the work if you choose to have them service you. So I said ok, can you do that for me? He says give me a minute and I'll write up an estimate a few min later He quotes me a price for $1800. He can't be serious. This business is awful. I would never ever use them or recommend them to anyone.

Richard, the technician that services our water heater was great! On time, quick in his trouble shooting and clear in describing the issue. He provided a quote and fixed the water heater very quickly but with high quality workmanship. I will always call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

The team at Carter's My Plumber are top notch. They called prior to coming, they were on time, and explained all the work to fix my plumbing issue beyond what I thought it was. They prevented a return trip due to problem that would have come back in months. They were polite and went straight to work, quiet while working, courteous and professional. Jeff (Miracle Worker, I call him!) came this evening and cleared up a serious problem in the basement of my 100 year old home. He worked steadily and didn't quit until the job was finished. So grateful for his work here and the care in which he took with my family home that goes back generations. Rotorooter and Jeff are AWESOME!

Was told would be $90.00 to come out to check for a water leak and check a tub faucet. Agent sd he ws charged by hr but bec. I said on phn also psbly have leaking faucets he had to no charge me $130 so was more than quoted. Plummer also scratched his balls constantly and told me I would have to call someone else bec. he couldn't find the leak. Also, told me would write an estimate for the tub faucet although it seemed fine yet never wrote the estimate. Agent did fix a seal in toilet found that was cause of water leak (he told me how to fix it) then sd he would replace seal for free and not charge me...then charged me $6.00 plus labor on that also. Agent sd don't be mad at me I know I told yo 90.00. WILL NOT USE THIS company again for many reasons and was referred by someone who had good exp.

Orlando was professional yet personable.He was also knowledgeable. He shared w/ me some possible issues down the road but wasn’t pushy to have me sign on to services I want to discuss w/ my spouse before deciding a course of action.I liked how Orlando treated my home w/ care, keeping me informed of his whereabouts every step of the way. He wore his mask and booties throughout my house. Overall, Orlando was neat in appearance, too.I would welcome Orlando to service my heating and cooling systems should the need arise later down the road.
