Jeremey Fox working for Hope Plumbing is a wonderful plumber. He was knowledgeable about the problem at hand, helpful answering all my questions, and very detailed looking at all possible options throughout our house. I would recommend him to anyone and we will have him back for our next plumbing job.

We have hot water now so all is good! They were quick to arrive and resolve our leaking water heater. The plumber was respectful and took off his shoes due to a muddy installation previous to ours.

We installed a tankless water heater after our basement flooded due to the leak on our existing water heater. The process was very smooth, professional. The call center was extremely helpful and genuinely honest. Everything went as scheduled. Clean work. I highly recommend them. They came out and installed a gas line for my gas stove. Tim was courteous prompt and professional. Service was excellent.

I had a leaking supply valve to a toilet and the main supply valve to the house would not shut off all the way. I ended up have the supply valves to the water heater and outside spigots replaced as well. It was nearly a full day of work. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous. He checked all the new valves and fittings to make sure there were no leaks on the replacements. The price was exactly what was quoted the week prior at the diagnostic visit. He cleaned up the work area to leave it exactly how he found it. Very pleased with the work, cost and communication through the entire process.

I needed my main drain unclogged. When scheduling I informed them that we have already had someone out that used a 100ft auger and that did not work nor fixed the issue. What do they do. They come out use a 100ft auger (which isn’t going to work) and guess what! It didn’t work. Charged almost $450 and told us we need to call another company. Waste of time and money. When I scheduled, I feel they should’ve told me they were going to do the same thing and I wouldn’t of even went with them. One star because they at least came out quick to do nothing different.

They charge 411.00 an hour that’s was way way too much money when the part was only 87.00 dollars just uncalled for!!!!! But I will say the guy was very nice who did the work!!!!

Water line under sink started to leak right as businesses were closing, but not these guys! They were able to come out and fix the leak same day. Thank you Dustin for being courteous and professional.

He is the best. Iam honored knowing him. Not only he is the best plumber also very good friend.

They were subcontracted by another vender to complete a small job in our home. I got a good vibe from them, they’ll be my first call for a quote on our next project/issue (I’ll update the review). My HOPE ? is that they’re better than other expensive companies who have major name brand recognition but don’t actually care about the customer.

Finding a pro to call back these days is a real blessing. Then to have automated texts and emails with updates on the scheduled appointment..... wow. We had a friendly plumber and the job got done on time as we hoped.

Floyd Crenshaw was our tech. He was professional, explained in detail what the problem was and fixed it quickly,we bought a service contract as he also showed us how to save on future purchases. We are very satisfied with. His promptness and fresh friendly service. When we upgrade further in the near future we would like him as our tech. He was excellent.

Tyree (SP) Was very professional and courteous. He found a problem with a keen eye and fixed it.

We had Casey install a water softener in our house. He said he would be here between 2 and 4. He got here a little after 2. We explained what we needed, he listened. He did the job we agreed upon, explained what we needed to know about water softeners and showed us how it works. Great job. We would highly recommend him. Thanks Casey.

Trace came to our house to do routine maintenance on our AC unit. Very professional & good at explaining parts/processes. In general, I'm pleased w/ Service Plus, but they do have communications issues. I was originally scheduled to have the AC maintenance last week, and was waiting all day only for me to finally be told at the end of the day that they wouldn't be able to get to me. This was only after I texted & called a few times for an update. Got on the schedule for first thing today & Trace did a great job.

John Fowlers plumbing is now our go to plumbing service from now on. Chase and Drew arrived only a couple hours after contacting them and were very professional, friendly, and honest. Will definitely be calling them again for our next plumbing project.
