I will never use another plumbing company again. I had a major issue and Hope could not get out for three days but then called me back about two seconds later stating they would come same day. Cara in the office helped me out so much and JP and Nathan were amazing plumbers. I would recommend this company, and will recommend this company to everybody. If you need a job done, call Hope first.

Clayton came out to repair my burst water pipe in a tiny, hand dug, dirt crawl space. It was about 7 degrees in the crawl. Even though it was a nasty job, he was cheerful. The pipe was fixed quickly and he recommended getting a straw bale to insulate the crawl space entrance! That was an inexpensive, efficient insulator. Thank you!

Rick came within an hour of my call, I knew I needed to have my water heater replaced. Rick explained the process. Changed the water heater out and was done in a few hours. Very pleasant and great person!

Juhmal came to clear our clogged drained. His tool wasn’t working properly so he called Jeff out to help. Once Jeff arrived they both were working to try and get our drain unclogged. Jeff felt something was wrong so he called Terry to come bring the camera out to look into the sewer running to the house. The three of them worked great together to figure out why the clog was happening.

This might just a review that applies to all plumbing companies. But they're a rip. Had one out, he found two leaks, repaired them, $850. Turned out, was still a leak. They came back out, figured it was probably the shut off valve, wanted to charge me ANOTHER $330 just to replace the valve, which was connected to one of the pipes they already had to remove and replace the day before. When talking with them to see about working on me with the price, they offered a whopping $30 off. Yesterday, they already had the pipe off connected to that valve. And at that point, it would've been probably a 10 minute job to replace that valve. $300. For 10 minutes of labor and probably a $20 valve. Ridiculous.

I had an emergency where one of my pipes had developed a hole and water was spewing everywhere. I called and let them know it was an emergency. Within about 20 minutes they were there! (Bridget heard the panic in my voice and got me someone out quick!) I have used this company for years and they are excellent. Great work, reasonable pricing, and friendly, professional staff.

Our water heater decided to go while I was out of town. The Steg Team was there the next day with a good solution for our home. We also had a pipe leak in our ceiling which they repaired while they were there. The were pleasant and responsive. I highly recommend Steg Plumbing!

While I was satisfied with the overall service there was one thing I didn't like. When the plumber asked if it was ok if he cut a small hole in the textured drywall ceiling of the laundry closet to run his camera and view the dryer vent I said sure, no problem. If I had known beforehand that he wasn't going to do anything to patch the hole after he was done my answer would have been different. So I now have a hole that's 2-3 inches by 2-3 inches in the ceiling of my laundry closet that will let in any type of critter that wants to come in and I, being a first time homeowner, have no knowledge of how to do any kind of drywall patching to fix the issue.
