This was my first time using 800-Plumber. Jeremy was on time, very professional and knowledgeable of my situation and quickly had a resolution to the problem!

Very friendly guy, he took the time to explain every step of the way.......... why only two stars? I truly believe he was over charging us. He quoted us 5k for the job, got two other companies after that and we were quoted $2500. That is a HUGE difference in price. The other two companies had the same great service and explained the exact same process that Mr. Rooter did. Glad we looked elsewhere!

We were having issues with our dishwasher backing up into our kitchen sink and our laundry not draining. The plumber came out and cleared the outside lines but as soon as he left and I attempted to run the laundry it was doing the same thing.Tony and Miguel were still outside my house when I checked to see if the plumber was here. They had only came by to verify if I had any water damages that needed restored. I informed them of what was happening and they promptly made phone calls and helped me. The plumber returned and fixed both of our issues. Tony and Miguel did not hesitate to ensure we were taken care of and I truly appreciate that. Thank you guys very much! Bob also came out and inspected the lines afterwards and provided valuable information. I will highly reccomend your services. Happy holidays everyone!

This Plumbing Company is a beautiful bright light in the service industry!!! We called today to get a quote on several issues in an older home that we just purchased. The lady in the office was quite friendly and competent, and said she had an opening today! John text shortly after we hung up and stated he was on his way...I really liked that! Shortly thereafter, he did indeed arrive.

We then explained all our concerns to include a leak in the crawl space that we were informed of during the Initial inspection and we also addressed our concerns regarding the smell of the well water and the need for a whole house water filtration system among other smaller issues. John checked everything out and reported back. He advised us that there absolutely was no leak under the house and further stated it was clean and dry enough under there to sleep. He then explained why we had the smell from the faucet and further told us there was a water filtration in place already and showed us exactly how to change the filter and where to purchase the replacements! This guy has more integrity in his little finger than most all combined that We’ve ever dealt with! We will never call any other plumber in the future...this company has absolutely amazing standards! Miguel has completed our last two projects and both times we’ve have been very pleased! He is a very thoughtful, polite young man that takes pride in his work. He goes above and beyond and the completed projects have been outstanding! The receptionist Ashley is also very polite and completely competent during scheduling and other questions that come up. Bob and his crew always do a great job! Bob the plumber is the BEST, He came out and took care of a couple of jobs for us at the house today very personable, did a wonderful job checked everything thoroughly. We always call Bob whenever we have an issue and it's always taken care of in a timely and efficient manner!

They were subcontracted by another vender to complete a small job in our home. I got a good vibe from them, they’ll be my first call for a quote on our next project/issue (I’ll update the review). My HOPE ? is that they’re better than other expensive companies who have major name brand recognition but don’t actually care about the customer.

My bathtub faucet will let water out after it is turned off, steg says it is the design of this product.
1.what company will design this kind of faucet?
2. steg, you are not the designer/manufacturer of the faucet, how you can say that issue is the design of the product.
I would say it is a defective product or your poor installation.

Moon Family Plumbing is amazing! I always talk to Casey directly, and he’s so quick to come over and fix our problems. Reasonably priced and so great to work with. Will run options with you and is honest. Casey and his wife are so sweet with our dogs too. After working with at least 5 plumbing companies in the past 5 years, I finally found one that I love! Orlando was kind, innovative, and demonstrated a lot of expertise in trying to solve the problems we encountered with my heat pump. I had no intention of signing up for the regular maintenance plan, but I trust his judgement enough that I’ll be thrilled to have him back if there are issues in the future.

They said there was no leak and destroyed my bathroom ceiling I guess to make sure they weren't wrong. They never even tried to fix the faucets which is why I thought the pipes were frozen.
