I originally called Pristine because they said they found and repaired slab leaks. Unfortunately, mine was such that they didn't have the capabilities to find. However, they recommended a locator service and scheduled the appointment for me. Once the area of the leak was narrowed down, Pristine was able to fix it. It probably took them longer than it should have but that is because they were granting my wishes of not busting any flooring inside the house (the leak was repaired in a storage area under a stairwell). They were respectful, professional, and answered all of my questions. I won't hesitate to use them again.

After multiple failed attempts with other plumbing companies, I contacted L.D. Smith Plumbing. Joe McElfresh came out the same day to provide an inspection and estimate. Joe made a very good first impression on me and my husband. Due to scheduling conflicts, we opted to have the service completed the next day which meant having someone other than Joe to perform the work. Kurt Maynard came out the next day to replace the shower valve and trim kit. Kurt completed a 4-hour job in less than 3 hours. Kurt was very friendly and professional. Kurt was very thorough in completing the repair and cleaning up the mess left behind. I'd definitely recommend both Joe and Kurt for any plumbing job!

The plumber, Jeremy, was excellent. He communicated with me well before coming, diagnosed quickly, got permission from my home warranty company, and then fixed the clog quickly. But best of all he cleaned up after himself! Very professional service!!

IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF - CALL MR. ROOTER. $325 to install a $18 outdoor spigot. This just screws into a pipe in a huge crawl space 1 ft off the basement. I just had better things to be doing (i thought.)
I paid him his $89.00 I had to sign for before he even looked at anything and told him to GET OUT! He snapped a picture on his phone and sent it to his supervisor. Can't believe this is what passes for a plumber these days. An hour later I had it fixed for 17.50 + tax.

We had issues with our kitchen sink that a previous couple of contractors could not fix. Our tech came out within an hour this morning, went over options (we were relieved that we didn't get stuck with a $500+ bill), and then he got to work.He kept me informed when he ran into a pipe issue that needed to be fixed (needed a Y instead of a T piece), and went over a rubber coupling option until we could afford to get it replaced later. I really appreciated that he spoke to me instead of my husband since I called and I'm the one that handles most of the repair issues ?Once he was all done, he cleaned up, went over the work done and we were good to go. I'm also excited that we have a warranty in case something happened again.

Tim with the Plumb Doctor replaced our gas water heater that went out. He and his coworker was very nice and easy to work with. They did a good job of installing the unit and kept us well informed throughout the process. Thank you!!!

Had a great experience with Acme. No issues from beginning to end. They did extremely quick work and the problem hasn't returned. It can often be frustrating dealing with these situations, but Acme was super friendly and professional and made the whole experience a lot less stressful. I highly recommend them!

They were subcontracted by another vender to complete a small job in our home. I got a good vibe from them, they’ll be my first call for a quote on our next project/issue (I’ll update the review). My HOPE ? is that they’re better than other expensive companies who have major name brand recognition but don’t actually care about the customer.

I had to get a new A/C and furnace last summer and was very satisfied. As luck would have it, I go one of seven that had a problem and it went out during the snowstorm on a Saturday! Brandon was here quickly and had me with heat very soon! Then, I had been without hot water for a month, yes, you are reading that right. A long story regarding GE but I decided to hell with it and called Summers! Jon came Wednesday morning and Jason an TIm Thursday morning and I was back in hot water! Never have I been so glad to be in hot water! They also gave me more information, which I already had, but it helped to settle the issues with GE! My gracious friend with a beautiful shower will miss me but...I will not be a transient any longer!
