Best Sewer Line Repair in Indianapolis IN

After we tried installing our new vanity by ourselves, we broke the pipe under our sink and realized we needed some help. We called Hope Plumbing the day after the pipe broke and they were able to send someone out within a few hours. I talked to Kara on the phone to book our appointment and she couldn't have been more pleasant. Joe Hiatt was a great guy to work with and he got the job done quick and exceptional. Would recommend Hope Plumbing to anyone I know, and we plan to go back to them for any other issues that may arise.

Not helpful. Asked to insert replacement cartridge in faucet. Made minimal attempt to effect repair w/o success. Suggested I replace faucet with the brand they use. They ONLY use Delta. Charged $49 for their failure. Suggested they could fix it for $ 400+ Would not recommend unless you want to pay for replacement with inferior product. Disappointed.

Grateful Plumber is quick to find the problem and fix it. They are priced right, which is hard to find. I trust they will do good work and communicate very well. I am very pleased with their work. I continue to use them for all my plumbing needs! thank you :)

We had a leak in our basement which ended up being a serious plumbing issue. Any water that went through our pipes ended up on the basement floor. After receiving recommendations and quotes from several companies, we chose 1-800-PLUMBER+AIR. They understood the urgency of our situation and Tammy (sp?) was extremely kind in her communications with us. David and Jerel were very pleasant to work with in an unpleasant situation. They provided details of what they were doing along the way to ensure we understood the reasoning. They also made sure their work was inspected by the city. David gave us some tips about our water softener which was very helpful as well! The owner, Wendy, contacted us which was a pleasant surprise! We also needed a letter regarding the work done and Kyle supplied it the very next day. We will definitely use them again!

Prompt and thorough.

I called Roto-Rooter for an emergency that my apartment wouldn't have looked at until Monday. The plumber (Robert) came 40 minutes later, was friendly and courteous, and solved our problem in 30 minutes, and suggested the best way for our apartment to cover it. It was a little expensive, but worth it to have the problem solved sooner. Overall, would recommend.

They supposedly emptied my septic tank and not even two months later it is full and overflowing into my pipes, I tried to call and find out why they gave me the run-around and eventually said they would come and do it again(for more than they did it for the first time) and then said they would call me back to schedule a appointment and I have not heard from them since

Jon from summers came out to look at our leaking water heater. He was on time, professional, and very informative. I appreciate what he did for us and will call summer's in the future for any work I need done.

My technicians have been great! They were courteous and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything to me as our systems were being serviced. (Water, HVAC). The advice and guidance they gave us was solid and we were not pressured into buying something we didn't need. We have used service plus several times in the past and always been very pleased with their professionalism. Great company, great people.
