Ron with pristine plumbing has provided me with expert service, knowledge, and troubleshooting to make sure I could get a backflow preventer without having to did up my whole yard and maintain my lines. this has saved me a lot of money and my clay pipes have a long life ahead. He was awesome explaining the necessary service so that I understood it clearly and could make the best choice. It was a pleasure to finaly work with a company that actually has integrity and knowledge and gave me a fair cost. being a single woman I find serious irregularities in the quotes I get from home repair companies. They were our second estimate and it came in at about half of the previous one. We Did use them for the repair and plan on using them for our irrigation system also.

Needed service on a Saturday, for an issue that happened after a storm where we lost power around the city. The issue was causing a flood in my kitchen and I could only stop it by shutting the main off. These guys were the only ones willing to come same day. I feel like I paid a lot of money, and they say they have flat rates no matter what time of day or night they show up. The gentleman who took care of us was there at 9:00 p.m; he was nice and personable, did an outstanding job, was very professional and was out of there in less than an hour.

Alijah came to our house to replace our kitchen faucet. He was on time, quick, and seemed like a genuine person. We really enjoyed him! Highly recommend and will definitely be using this company again in future!

Hamm & Sons was the only company I found that quoted an exact price over the phone to replace a water heater. I called other companies to get even a ‘ballpark’ figure and none were willing to give me one, although one finally gave me a price with no guarantee. Another insisted someone had to come to my house to give me an estimate. Both prices were more than $600 over Hamm & Sons’ price. I was so worried by the extraordinary price difference that I called H&S back several times to confirm. The price charged after the installation was the exact price given over the phone. I also expected a less than qualified installer to show up due to the low price. My worry was proven wrong. Keaton (I hope I got his name right), a professional in every way, arrived alone, said it would take about 2 hours to install, but I’m pretty sure the entire install didn’t take longer than an hour from the moment he arrived until I handed him a check!
Time will tell about the quality of the water heater, but I was so impressed with the entire installation experience that I’m telling everyone I know.

Update: Unfortunately, they don’t unclog drains.

These guys were by far the most honest, professional plumbers I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I highly recommend them. Five stars aren’t enough.

I accidentally dropped an earring down my bathroom sink. Gage came to my rescue and was able to retrieve it, unscathed.
He alerted me that the pipe drain had gunk & hair that was causing the same pipe to empty slowly. He offered to clean the gunk out and I accepted.
Now my sink drains quickly!

Connor came out on Friday for our clogged sewer line. He gave it his best effort but was unable to open it up. He arranged for a specialist to come on Monday. Harmon worked diligently and was finally successful for no additional charge. I am very happy with this company!
