Austin was our tech.We are a small, new food business and needed a gas line ran along with some other random plumbing needs. I contacted another company for a quote. The tech came, said he needed to get a quote together. I then contacted Hope. Austin was out that day and got started. He was professional and personable. He finished that job and another 48 hours later, just in time for our final inspection. This week, we start production. That would not be possible if not for Austin. He is now truly a member of our team. Today (11/4) the tech from the other company called me with a quote. 6 days after Austin finished the job. It was less. But the best ability is availability. Grateful Plumber was referred by a friend to hook up a water softner. Softner was hooked up in no time, but was then informed there was a leak in an o-ring and needed replaced. Very disappointed they didn't offer to assit with leak and I will now have to contact another plumber and pay for another service call to make the water softner operable. Feel like it was a waste of money since the full job wasn't completed.

Our technician was great! A friend has used Ciriello's twice and has nothing but good things to say. She recommended that I call Ciriello's and I'm glad that she did. We bought a new washer but it couldn't be connected because the valves were old and about to break.Technician Mike did the work quickly and showed us what he was doing.
He was very nice and professional. I know that I sound like I'm gushing, but I'm glad to find a plumber that we can trust, especially when my husband and I know NOTHING about plumbing !

Joe at LD Smith was great! Swapped out our old broken water heater for a nice new one. Work was clean and quick and he took the time to answer all my questions. We have glorious hot water again and are very happy with the service we received. Thanks!

It's been a while since I've used Gordon Plumbing, but they have always done a great job with plumbing and remodeling repairs in the past. I use to work at an office near Warren Park and they were our go to company if we had any sort of plumbing trouble. I would have no issues recommending them to family/friends today.

They sent a superstar jetter/drain(Adam,Andrew? Sorry but I appreciate you) guy to my disabled mom’s house and the drain was kinda plugged but they efficiently and effectively got it open and didn’t even have to go inside. Called & made appointment only for very simple replacement of outdoor spigot and interior unit of toilet tank. Mr QUIK person who arrived in byMr QUIK looked at outdoor spigot and toilet tank interior for $89” and then presented a detailed sales presentation on a laptop and an estimate for more than $1,200 Plus the $89 - Only Then did I learn that person had no tools or parts on the. MR Quik van - was not a plumber and could not do ANY plumbing Totally wasted my time and the sales persons trip? Deceptive business practice ?

Over priced and I question the need for the excessive amount of work to solve my issue.

We had water dripping from the second floor into the first floor. We were highly concern about the problem. We needed to get it fixed ASAP. I called like 12 plumbers, and none could help us (2 plumbers told me that they could fix it in two weeks, 2 plumbers stood us up, and 8 plumbers never returned our calls). So I went on google and found Indianapolis Plumbing Services. He answered my call right away. He told me was doing a job on the other side of Indianapolis but that he would come see the problem when he was done. He came that same night around 8PM. He told me what the problem was and told me he could come fix it the next morning, which was Saturday morning. It was a priority for us to get it fixed. He finished the whole job on Saturday. He did a phenomenal job. I was very impressed with his work ethic, professionalism, and quality of work. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.
