Was referred to Hope Plumbing by two different friends and glad I was. Jim from Hope was extremely nice and professional. He was upfront with what needed to be done for the two projects I had and gave a clear estimate. The jobs were completed that day with top notch quality for exactly the cost quoted. Jim even took the time to discuss my questions about installing a utility sink in my garage (future project). Hope has a amazing digital service application that allowed Jim to instantly share my invoice, including before and after photos of the work he did. I also appreciate Hope's commitment to the local community. Can not suggest them enough.

They found a way to get things done even when they were booked, Lance himself came out and did a job that needed immediate attention. When they are finished you can hardly tell there was an issue. First time we had to call on Mr Plumber ' was for plumbing repair outside (2015). No problems at all. They were very professional and friendly. They got the job done with no problems. The next time was for plumbing repair on the inside, under the slabs(2021). Again very professional and friendly and got the the job done. Then we had a leakage in our hot water line (2023). Mr Plumber to the rescue! They came in, very professional and friendly, got the work done. Fast! Every time they came, the staff was always friendly. I can always count on them! I would recommend them to everyone!

We called to have our dryer vent inspected. Isiah and Brad were very polite, professional and performed the necessary inspection to access our needs. We were comfortable with findings and the price. We have made arrangements for the work to be performed.

They were on time and communicated well. Pictures of the problem, with before and after photos were provided along with adequate explanation. Prior to work began estimates with options for the repair cost were given based on findings when they got into the job. Everything was transparent!

A friendly plumber gave me an estimate on fixing a leak in my crawl space and moving my water cutoff above my floor. Everything was good until the $750 estimate. This estimate was way, way too high. How do I know? After I declined, I went to Lowes and spent $100 on supplies, then fixed it myself in 2 hours. It would have been much less for Roby, as I had to buy tools and 100ft of pipe, when I only needed 4. In other words, if the professional was as slow as I am, they were asking $350/hour.

Plumbers need to figure out that with shark/gator bite connectors, amateurs can do a sufficient job easily. I would have preferred to pay a fair price to have a pro do the work, but I'm not interested in getting ripped off.

I worked directly with Joel and his team on fixing my sewage / service line. I had called a larger well-known provider for an initial opinion, and I didn't feel great about it... Luckily, a family friend suggested Hellyer for a second opinion. After I called in, Joel came to our house within 24hrs to take a look at the issue. He was able to find the root of the cause, and did a thorough job of explaining what needed to be done and why. Very nice people on his team. Fair pricing, too. All in all, very much appreciate the help and feel confident we chose the right plumbing service! Will recommend to anyone who asks in the future.

We had water dripping from the second floor into the first floor. We were highly concern about the problem. We needed to get it fixed ASAP. I called like 12 plumbers, and none could help us (2 plumbers told me that they could fix it in two weeks, 2 plumbers stood us up, and 8 plumbers never returned our calls). So I went on google and found Indianapolis Plumbing Services. He answered my call right away. He told me was doing a job on the other side of Indianapolis but that he would come see the problem when he was done. He came that same night around 8PM. He told me what the problem was and told me he could come fix it the next morning, which was Saturday morning. It was a priority for us to get it fixed. He finished the whole job on Saturday. He did a phenomenal job. I was very impressed with his work ethic, professionalism, and quality of work. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.
