Jonathan with HOPE plumbing arrived promptly to install a gas line for a fireplace insert. He assessed the job and provided me with options. He was professional and honest and if you own a house 80+ yrs old you know there are always surprises and usually not easy solutions. I feel confident in the work done and would recommend HOPE.

Called them yesterday they were out first thing this morning they found that the pump to the toilet that we had in the basement had gone bad. They went to get the part and my toilet is back up and running just in time for our Halloween festivities!!

Adam and Brandon are professional in every aspect. On time, kind and courteous and I am so pleased to have used them for both my hybrid water heater installation as well as a new water softner system.

We had to have a meter pit installed to replace an old line into the basement. Tim, Trevor, and team took great care in keeping our floors clean and our front yard as tidy as it could be given the circumstances. They were courteous and the new line looks great. We were very pleased with the work done, and would highly recommend!

Excellent Service! I called with an urgent water heater problem and had a diagnosis within 30 minutes. My basement is extremely hard to deal with, but Mark was able to replace the water heater without any problems or delay, and helped me work with my home warranty to get reimbursed. I would highly recommend this company for fast, reliable, and honest service at a very fair price. I was also provided with very valuable advice on long term maintenance. Far better than any other plumbing company I've ever worked with!

Paid for a drain snake and they didn’t unclog the line. Not a big deal, but they said I still owe despite them not being able to do anything. Recommend looking somewhere else!

I called Roto-Rooter for an emergency that my apartment wouldn't have looked at until Monday. The plumber (Robert) came 40 minutes later, was friendly and courteous, and solved our problem in 30 minutes, and suggested the best way for our apartment to cover it. It was a little expensive, but worth it to have the problem solved sooner. Overall, would recommend.

Chris came and gave us an estimate and he was sooo personable, yet professional. Even my children were surprisingly comfortable talking to him (they usually act shy) because of his personality. I highly recommend Chris S.

Ron from Acme diagnosed a broken septic pipe that several other contractors from other companies failed to identify. He was knowledgable about the recommendations he gave for fixing and improving our septic system. He made sure the work was scheduled promptly. Ron and his colleague Ricky were very courteous during the project. The price paid was the price stated on the proposal given prior to commencing the project with no hidden costs. I will recommend Ron and Acme to others.

I think Hamm & Sons is a really good plumber. Our whole family lives in Indianapolis and have used them for years. They are very honest and friendly and you dont get that feeling that they are trying to trick or overcharge you that you get with some home service companies.

We will definitely keep using Hamm & Sons Plumbing when we need repairs.

Finding a pro to call back these days is a real blessing. Then to have automated texts and emails with updates on the scheduled appointment..... wow. We had a friendly plumber and the job got done on time as we hoped.
