I had a great experience with Hope! My technician was Richard and he was helpful, insightful and personable. He knew exactly what we needed to get the job done in a timely manner.I called Hope in an emergency situation and I didn’t have time to do much research. I was hoping for the best! Unfortunately, with the 4th of July holiday week, they were pretty booked up and couldn’t get me in at the original scheduled time. Thankfully, not only did they make sure to schedule me as their first stop the next available day, but I also got a $50 credit! The cherry on top was having an awesome technician get the job done. Everyone at this company is so friendly and professional. We have an old basement and were having issues with our washer flooding...ended up being an unexpected costly fix (more was wrong than we originally thought) but they did such an amazing job. Cleaned the basement and left it nicer than it was before ! Very responsive if i had questions or if any issues came up. Also they worked closely with citizens to ensure everything was done right the first time. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company !!

Toby was able to diagnose the leak in our water heater. He came back to install an improved system and was very personable on top of of course delivering great service.

Faucet was installed in February and since then the handle has come off twice. Each time I have called and they came out the next day to fix. However, I would prefer if the product didn't break so easy.

Had a hot water line leaking under our slab. Jody came out to inspect within an hour or so of calling. Recommended a leak detection company, and water damage company to help. Both of their recommendations were wonderful! This happened on Friday morning. They had the leak detected and marked by 3pm, the water damage experts were drying out our house by 5:30pm. They really helped us minimize the damage. Larry and Jarrod came in on Monday morning and had the leak repaired in a few hours. They also replaced 3 shut off valves for me that had been leaking or not working also. Very professional and effecient. I would 100% recommend.them for all your plumbing needs !! Thanks so much for making a stressful situation much easier to deal with.

Tyler repaired some toilets for me, this required some careful cutting due to rusted bolts and contortion die to the small space. Tyler was great throughout, explained some technical items and left the rooms cleaner than he found them.

I just purchased an older home in Indianapolis. I moved here from Va. Beach, VA and had no knowledge of the clay sewer lines. What a nightmare! Luckily L.D. Smith plumbing came out, numerous times, even after placing a new sewer line. After much investigation they discovered the problem and are submitting paperwork to the proper people. It was an emotional experience for me, frustrating, and frightening wondering how this was going to get fixed. I appreciate L.D. Smith’s patience with me and look forward to eventually flushing my toilet worry free. Just the beginning, but there is a little light at the end of the tunnel.

If you need a plumber call this guy. Mark really helped me out in a pinch and fixed my problem within a couple hours of my call. His pricing was fantastic, clean cut nice guy, very knowledgeable. He was very helpful over the phone, way more than the other 5 plumbers I talked to. He went above and beyond with the little things in addition to the actual repair we requested, can't say enough positive things about this company I will definitely use the next time we have a problem.

Corey showed up and saved the day. He was very polite and right on time. He found the source of our back up and took care of our problem. I would absolutely call them again and recommend them to anyone who asks for a plumber.

Saturday afternoon had to call bc there was something wrong somewhere. Your guy Daniel was out super quick, listened to our problem, and went to work immediately to get us all fixed up. Daniel was super nice and got us back on track only a few hours after our initial call. Very reasonable price for the work, especially being on a weekend. Gave us info on maintenance and options for other services if/when we ever need them. Thank you so much Acme and thank you so much Daniel!!

Was told would be $90.00 to come out to check for a water leak and check a tub faucet. Agent sd he ws charged by hr but bec. I said on phn also psbly have leaking faucets he had to no charge me $130 so was more than quoted. Plummer also scratched his balls constantly and told me I would have to call someone else bec. he couldn't find the leak. Also, told me would write an estimate for the tub faucet although it seemed fine yet never wrote the estimate. Agent did fix a seal in toilet found that was cause of water leak (he told me how to fix it) then sd he would replace seal for free and not charge me...then charged me $6.00 plus labor on that also. Agent sd don't be mad at me I know I told yo 90.00. WILL NOT USE THIS company again for many reasons and was referred by someone who had good exp.

Steg was called to replace valve between water supply and toilet. Received a prompt service call same day. Tech was pleasant and had the new valve on in about 15 mins. However, we were given a bill for $190 and told if we joined a service plan it would be $170. Bill was excessive for service rendered. After tech left, toilet was found to run continuously. For $170 you think a tech would check it. Also, found debris and water on the floor, apparently poor clean up. We will look for better value next time.

Was very nice and professional discovered a leak while maintaining my furnace and help call a plumber.

Service was fine. Quick response, professional. Only thing wrong was the price of service. I have used plumbing companies several times in the laat 3 years and this has been the most expensive. They performed the same job as all the others and it took less than 20 minutes to unclog the line. Price was twice as much. That was also after a discount for becoming a member. Will not be using this company again.
