Once we agreed on the best route to take, he began work immediately and was done very quickly. Cleaned up the mess and left good advice on how to prevent further plumbing issues.The company itself has a slightly unique practice of not scheduling appointments. They do this because they give everyone a free estimate on the work, and then are willing to start work if you want it done, so it's hard for them to know how long they'll be at each appointment. This was slightly frustrating to me as I did not expect this and was hoping to know a rough time estimate so I could make sure I would be home, but Hope plumbing is aware of this and they call roughly every 2 hours on the day of your appointment letting you know if they are still on schedule or not. I'm not saying they do it wrong or anything, just want people to know how it works since I hadn't experienced anything like it before.

The team at 1-800 Plumber were the best of several companies I talked to from the person who answered the phone to the guys who made the quote, and did the removal of my old hot water heater and the installation of the new one. They all displayed what I call the the three P's - Polite, Personable and Professional. They gave me best price, and they were a pleasure to work with. I would refer anyone I know to give them a call for any of their plumbing needs!

Clean out put in and partial sewer replacement. Company had best estimate out of three. They came out straight away and explained everything in a way I could understand and answered my questions in a way I could understand without being condescending. Technicians were professional.They worked in the time frame allotted and company office communicated when they had to push back due to weather/rain. I had to have them back out for a small leak from a pipe not tightened enough and they were out the next day. Work seems like it was done right.I would hire again. We had a clog in our main drain and Puia came out first thing and fixed it with no problems. He wore a mask into our house without us even asking him and he kept his social distance. I really appreciated how quickly he was able to help us solve our problem.

Hamm & Sons was the only company I found that quoted an exact price over the phone to replace a water heater. I called other companies to get even a ‘ballpark’ figure and none were willing to give me one, although one finally gave me a price with no guarantee. Another insisted someone had to come to my house to give me an estimate. Both prices were more than $600 over Hamm & Sons’ price. I was so worried by the extraordinary price difference that I called H&S back several times to confirm. The price charged after the installation was the exact price given over the phone. I also expected a less than qualified installer to show up due to the low price. My worry was proven wrong. Keaton (I hope I got his name right), a professional in every way, arrived alone, said it would take about 2 hours to install, but I’m pretty sure the entire install didn’t take longer than an hour from the moment he arrived until I handed him a check!
Time will tell about the quality of the water heater, but I was so impressed with the entire installation experience that I’m telling everyone I know.

Update: Unfortunately, they don’t unclog drains.

From beginning to end this was a 5 star experience. I got a garbage disposal, sink, faucet, two shut offs tee and basket strainer installed. Price wise more than reasonable. They came in almost 50 percent cheaper than other quotes. From my first contact with Solomon who did my estimate everything was great. Went through all my options and never once tried to upsell me. I even asked his opinion if I should upgrade something and he was honest and told me it wasn't really needed. The pricing was so good that I opted for additional services that I did not plan on getting. Wasn't even suggested to me I just took the opportunity bc the quote was below my budget. I even made a last minute change and hour or so before they came out and it was not a problem. Very accommodating. Brice and Julian were awesome. They worked quickly and efficiently. They worked quietly almost forgot they were here. They hauled away all my old things. Great customer service and very pleasant. Not one of those forced customer service niceness. Very genuine and you can tell they love what they do. Reasonable Plumbing will be my first call from hear on out.
