Both the estimator (free estimates) and the plumber were knowledgable, professional, and courteous. We had an unusual situation, with hot water coming from some spiggots fine but quickly running out from other spiggots. Both tried hard to diagnose it. They also listened carefully as I described the problems we were having. I had done some of my own research so I knew a couple of the options, but not all. At my request, the plumber(Larry) helped me adjust the work from the earlier estimate. I saved a few bucks, but the main point was that the adjusted repair better meets the needs of our family. Also, Larry came out and did the repair the same day as the estimate! I have never experienced that before with ANY repair work. Carter's is my plumber from now on, and I'll ask for Larry!

We have used LD Smith plumbing several times for smaller plumbing service calls such as replacing a shower mixing valve and installing a new outdoor hose bib. Most recently we had LD Smith install a new Navion tankless water heater for us . Every time dealing with them they’re pricing has breen competitive with The Indianapolis Metropolitan industry standard for licensed professional plumbing companies. I’m sure craigslist has cheaper options if you’re a gambler .

Each time The plumbers who came to our house have inspected the issue and then given a detailed explanation of what needed to be done and then pricing. We have never encountered a surprise number when it came time to pay the bill.
As far as their plumbers they were pretty much what you would Want to see out of a service person coming to your home . Each time they where Friendly well spoken , well groomed. They did the work and left. Exactly What I want to see out of a service person coming to my home. In and out job done .

Contacted Weilhammer early on a Thursday to inquire about replacing a water heater at a residence. The removal and installation was coordinated immediately and within four hours the unit was successfully installed by Dan. I couldn't have dared to hope to have had the work performed this quickly, much less this professionally. This is a great local business!

Mr. Rooter plumbers were able to replace my broken sump pump even though the crawl space was flooded with more a foot of water. About an hour after arrival, the new pump was working and pumped continuously for 8 hours. They did a great job under difficult conditions.

Toilet leaking into basement with rotten wood. All fixed and Dustin will come back Thursday to replace pipes with pex. Also installed water softener. Dustin is a honest worker and I would easily use the business again!

Doug is absolutely the best. Super knowledgeable and the only plumber I trust to work on my personal home. Outstanding will usecagain for my plumbing issues

The Summer's a/c fellow came to do the seasonal cleaning and tune up on my a/c unit. What a scammer. He was certain I had to buy a whole new a/c unit. Mine was so old there wasn't refrigerant available any more and the unit wasnt efficient. About the refrigerant no longer being available, that is NOT true. He lied to me. Then while he was inside in my mechanical room cleaning the a/c unit, he turned off the gas supply to the furnace, SO come winter I'd need a new furnace when my current one wouldnt work. I found that out when it wouldnt turn on in late Oct. Luckily, I'd refused to have the Summers HVAC fellows back. I didnt want to be told I needed a new furnace . When a new HVAC man (not from Summers) came to do the seasonal cleaning, he told me all the old furnace needed was the gas turned back on. Think twice before you call Summers for a/c or heating work, then dont.Bobbie Winkle

Casey was right on time, found the problem with our kitchen sink drain. Replaced parts to stop the leak and cleaned up and reused any parts that were still in good condition. We were surprised that his service costs were less than we had anticipated .
We will use Moon again for our plumbing needs.
