We had several projects - a variety of leaks and a new faucet to install. Austin was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. He explained our options and set realistic expectations. He completed the work in a timely fashion keeping us updated on his progress. We selected Hope based on their emphasis of dealing with older homes. Not all plumbing firms have this perspective and we are happy to be working with the Hope team.

Sam Evens did an excellent job with our home repair. Our shower faucet was not working properly with water coming out the shower head and faucet at the same time. He was timely and professional. 30 minutes later we had a new faucet and the shower is back to normal. Thanks Pristine Plumbing!

1/18/21 Paul was here almost all day today to reroute our kitchen sink drain and install another outside spigot (yes!). Everything went smoothly. Satisfied so far.James replaced one of our outdoor spigots. No more leaking, and we have no complaints!Edit: four days after replacement, the new piping added from the spigot replacement began leaking. We called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing expecting them to send someone out, but were instead told the nearest appointment was over 36 hours away. We have their Society plan that supposedly tells that a technician is available 24/7 for us. That plan does not appear to have much value, and we are still awaiting a fix on their repair job.New edit: Today (Sunday afternoon), James returned and repaired the leak. He used a different, stronger pipe connection, and the leaking has stopped. Our basement is drying up. We are happy that someone could come before the scheduled appointment time. It was just a little less than 24 hours after we initially called about the leaking.

Had a pipe burst on Thanksgiving. Called another service which we had used before only to have them dismiss me as not being an emergency (but not tell me that). Called Carter, they told me they were pretty booked today, but would squeeze me in because they knew I had no water. Had someone there within an hour. He didn't have every piece of equipment he needed, so he ran out and got it to replace the broken pipe. Would definitely use again, but I hope to never have to!

Mark replaced my 13 year old 50 gal. gas water heater with a new Rheem 60 Gal. gas high eff. one for half the price other companies wanted and for exactly the amount quoted.

I was extremely satisfied with the service provided. The gentleman who came out was very nice and professional HOWEVER, the cost was exorbitant. The charge for the work was very high and be because it was Saturday there was an additional $89 charge. Other companies sdvertise $93 to unclog a sink 24/7.

I called Acme out to my home for several plumbing issues and they got a technician out the same day! The young lady on the phone was extremely kind and directed me in the right direction. She sent a very nice gentleman who was very knowledge , didn't talk down to me and answered all of my questions and concerns. I will continue to use Acme Plumbing and will recommend them for all plumbing needs!

Was told would be $90.00 to come out to check for a water leak and check a tub faucet. Agent sd he ws charged by hr but bec. I said on phn also psbly have leaking faucets he had to no charge me $130 so was more than quoted. Plummer also scratched his balls constantly and told me I would have to call someone else bec. he couldn't find the leak. Also, told me would write an estimate for the tub faucet although it seemed fine yet never wrote the estimate. Agent did fix a seal in toilet found that was cause of water leak (he told me how to fix it) then sd he would replace seal for free and not charge me...then charged me $6.00 plus labor on that also. Agent sd don't be mad at me I know I told yo 90.00. WILL NOT USE THIS company again for many reasons and was referred by someone who had good exp.

Excellent work, incredibly reasonable pricing, and very responsive. Casey rebuilt 3 toilets (one of which included a full pull and reset) and rebuilt 2 aging shower faucet assemblies. I especially appreciated the time he spent sourcing the necessary parts for the old shower fixtures so we didn't have to do a costly replacement. I am relatively new to home ownership, and this was the first major plumbing work I needed to have done. Moon Family Plumbing will definitely be my go-to company for any plumbing needs moving forward.

Discovered water leaking from the hot water tank Friday evening! Figured I would have to wait until Monday to get someone out to replace it. Called a couple pf places Saturday morning. B&W put me on their schedule for Saturday afternoon but was able to come sooner because of a cancellation. I was impressed with the technician who arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. While he was here discovered the sump pump also did not work! In about 2 1/2 hours both had been replaced. The cost seemed a little pricey but I was thrilled to have the work completed so soon. I would use this business again.

I came home on Sunday night to a water leak from my upstairs bathroom. Big Frog came first thing before anymore damage to my ceiling occurred. They were able to stop the leak quickly and educate me on how to prevent this problem in the future. Professional and knowledgeable all around. Will use again.
