The technician, Matt Thomas, was very professional and did a great job at explaining what he was doing, pricing, and did the job quickly. All around it was a great experience. I highly recommend Hope Plumbing and technician Matt Thomas.

Adam and Brett came by to reset a toilet and give me price quotes for a water softener. I had a different company out the prior day. They were honest and told me that half of the things didn’t need to be fixed and provided an affordable price for the needed repairs. Had a major leak to our main line off the meter resulting in no water to our house but water pouring into our front yard and street. Citizens took 5 hours to come out just to tell us it was our problem, not theirs. Already frustrated, I call my home warranty that tells me they will cover it then refuse the next day when the plumber comes out. Luckily they sent an AMAZING plumber! The dispatcher, the timeliness, the service, all of it was top notch. I could not be happier with how we were taken care of by T.J. at L. D. Smith. AND for a fair price. As a new homeowner I now have my plumber.

Did a good job and I signed a contract so I paid. Should have ask how long the job would take. For some reason I thought several days. It took less than five hours. After subtracting supplies I ended up paying $800.00 dollars and hour labor that is too much. Remember to ask more questions than me.

Have to go with 5 stars for Steg Plumbing. I recently moved into a new house and had a lot of construction work done inside and out. Nearly 2 months of different contractors coming in and out so I needed tight scheduling, flexibility, fair pricing and quality work. This was especially true with my plumbing needs because this is an older house with a crawl space and I needed a company that was experienced in everything from finding and fixing leaks, to running gas lines, water lines, installing/fixing sinks, etc.. Every time I called Steg Plumbing I did not have to worry about anything. I enjoyed dealing with their whole staff from Dawn in the main office and a special shout out to technician Rick Cummings.

Casey responded immediately to my request about a slow leak and was able to schedule me in quickly. He provided proper PPE for the job (face mask and shoe covers) which is a huge plus during the coronavirus pandemic. He explained what was wrong and provided an estimated price, with potential changes depending upon what he found as he began the repair. Very competitive pricing and the job was done within an hour. Cleaned up nicely and everything seems to be working so far. If not, he also offers a one year warranty, so feel safe in using Moon Family Plumbing!
