Quarantine project turned into more than expected! Thankfully Hope Plumbing was able to come out and resolve a water leak under a bathroom faucet. Carlos did an exceptional job of explaining my options and then quickly and professionally executed the job. Very happy with my new faucet, valves and lines. Grateful Plumber was referred by a friend to hook up a water softner. Softner was hooked up in no time, but was then informed there was a leak in an o-ring and needed replaced. Very disappointed they didn't offer to assit with leak and I will now have to contact another plumber and pay for another service call to make the water softner operable. Feel like it was a waste of money since the full job wasn't completed.

Called LD Smith Saturday afternoon, they replaced water heater and I had hot water by 7 PM Saturday, That is Service, And the repair was just over $1000. This company is now my go to for any plumbing issue.

Miguel, the restoration professional, he came very quickly to assess our damages. He was very personable and kind. He did his job very quickly and helped me understand everything! I called ACME Plumbing do to sewage back up that was over flowing my tub at 4am for them to answer after calling 5 other local plumbing places.. they showed up in aww at the mess THEY cleaned every bit of it up and come to find out my son had flushed his socks down the toilet of the add on bathroom which had a Sewage-ejector system the socks COULDNT dissolve and cause that back up when I tell you it was a MESS it was a NASTY mess... He didn’t just work and try to sell us something. He explained options and recommendations. More than that, he built rapport. He genuinely cared that we felt good about everything. My heater was coming on them immediately shutting off, thus my house was about 5 degrees colder than the thermostat setting. A tech came and inspected the furnace and quoted me $2100 to replace the computer and asked if a sales rep could come to quote me on a full replacement. I agreed to meet with a sales rep the following day. Before the sales rep visit I got a second opinion on the heater, the 2nd company said all my furnace needed was to clean the flame sensor, which after quick cleaning was good as new. Its now been a couple of weeks and the furnace is working perfectly. Very disappointed to receive a $2000 quote for something that just needed cleaned. Beware, they are dishonest.

This one-star review is based solely upon the unresponsiveness and deceit of the co-owner of the company, Chase. It is not an indictment against any other employees, and in fact, Andrew was very respectful and I wish him the best.The first day, everything went great. We had a piping repair done, and had our water heater replaced and a water softener installed, and everything was nearly completed the first day. And that's when Chase went off the grid, and would only respond to me when I threatened to leave a bad review of the company. He deceived me about shipping me a product I was owed for MONTHS, and when I finally confronted it with him head on, he couldn't offer a valid explanation. In addition, it took hounding to get him to come back out and insulate the water softener pipes that he didn't have insulation for the day of the install (which he assured me on Day 1 he'd be back soon to take care of)In addition, he doesn't stand behind his work. He installed heat tape around a pipe that was freezing up and told me to seal the drywall up (and told me he'd give me a recommendation for a drywaller on Day 1, which I asked him for several times and he finally said he didn't have). I did so, and in less than a year, the pipe had frozen again. He had installed it into a HEATIT Thermostatically Controlled Outlet, which I didn't think anything of because I'm not a plumber...until the first freeze when the water overflowed down my replaced drywall and flooded my laundry room floor. After thinking about it, that was a faulty install, because it was on the outside of the drywall he told me to replace, and the heat tape was on the inside where it was much colder than room temperature (so the heat tape wasn't kicking on because it was plugged into the outlet, which was reading room temperature). So I took out the outlet and began plugging the heat tape in in advance during below freezing days when I needed to do laundry. Eventually, it overflowed again and he sent Andrew out. I told Andrew I didn't want to pay to repair the drywall again because it had to be done at an angle and cost $200, and there was clearly an issue with the install due to repeat freezing, and Andrew called Chase to address how to proceed. Chase told Andrew that he told me I wasn't supposed to seal the drywall up, which is not only false, but would make no sense because I'd have a draft coming into my house. The conversation escalated when he said he couldn't be held liable for drywall work around a frozen pipe off a garage, because my laundry room is on the opposite side of the house, connected to my kitchen. It's not in some unheated area, which he was implying. And when I told him so and asked him if he'd like to speak to Andrew to confirm it, he said he didn't appreciate my tone. So I gave him a piece of my mind and told him I'd leave the rest of what I had to say in a review of the business. And that's the reason for this one-star review.

Rob was super friendly and did a great job. Price was very reasonable. I would definitely use B&W again and ask for Rob!

I came home on Sunday night to a water leak from my upstairs bathroom. Big Frog came first thing before anymore damage to my ceiling occurred. They were able to stop the leak quickly and educate me on how to prevent this problem in the future. Professional and knowledgeable all around. Will use again.
