I have used Pristine for a few years now- great leadership, training, and professionalism is evident on all accounts. The owner himself is very prompt with responses and communicative, and the service guys he employs that I’ve met/spoken with clearly really care about their clients- the best part is they won’t lie to you and charge reasonable prices. I’m a busy real estate broker and personal investor and I’ve had them address numerous types of issues, from gas and water leaks to water softener/heater installation or rerouting plumbing/drainage issues. PP’s technician Robert, in particular, has been a godsend and has helped save me money and costs in more than one way. They’re flexible and they take time to go over things with their customers- I feel I’m always given adequate explanations and recommendations, and I always seem to leave the conversation with a much better understanding of the problem and why we need to do x, y, or z in order to fix it. They’re definitely the best plumbing team I’ve worked with (in many years in the business) and I’ll continue referring them to my clients as well.

Well he was nice and cordial and cleared the drain pretty quickly but he left behind quite a mess.

Sean was so professional and courteous. He worked on my kitchen sink that has a very difficult drain that he spent hours working on. He explained everything to me in a way I understood and it was great service.

Never do reviews but I don’t want anyone to potentially waste hard earned money on their services. They gave us an estimate of $700 just to figure out the type of valve that needed to be replaced. Not including drywall repair...turns out I was able to figure out the valve...ordered from amazon for $24 and my husband replaced in 15 min without going through drywall. I feel completely scammed and will never use or recommend their services. I felt I should have been refunded the service charge for the HUGE discrepancy in numbers but got nothing more than, “I will pass this along to the owner.”

I was doing laundry and when the washer drained, the drain pipe was clogged. The dirty water backed up and leaked everywhere. At the same time, dirty water filled up in my bathroom sink. I called Roto-Rooter and they sent out Phillip. He was able to snake the drain pipe and double checked that everything was flowing to the outside main sewer line before he left. He did an amazing job and even explained some changes that I might make to the pipes, to help prevent future problems. The only con to the visit was the price. The prices went up this year but Phillip gave me a discount to help with the cost. The company does give a 6 month guarantee also.

Steven was very friendly, professional, efficient, fast, and explained the problem very thoroughly. Also very much appreciate his recommendation of Bio Clean. Lastly, he even brought in my packages off of the porch. Great technician and service!

It was really disappointing experience I never had before. I work as facility at my work and we had an issue with clogged drain in warehouse lift station. The tech showed up and took a look before I met him. he started to talk while I was coming to him to show lift station. He mentioned it was heavily modified with different power setting on control panel using wrong power, etc. I explained the history of lift station, but after that he said I don't want to involved in this. I paused a little bit to process what I just heard. I told him I will find someone else, then. I am not sure how they teach their techs , how to address the issue with customer, and how they keep their business with this kind of negative minded crews who doesn't do work. They must have a lot of customers to make money. My recommendation, find someone else than ACME service unless you really don't have one near you. I wouldn't put any star if there were a zero star option.

I think Hamm & Sons is a really good plumber. Our whole family lives in Indianapolis and have used them for years. They are very honest and friendly and you dont get that feeling that they are trying to trick or overcharge you that you get with some home service companies.

We will definitely keep using Hamm & Sons Plumbing when we need repairs.

Craig was wonder!! He is the most thorough and knowledgeable plumber I have ever worked with! He is very kind and patient and explaining the process and sharing the knowledge he has obtained over many years of experience. I would highly recommend Craig for any plumbing services. We were exceptionally happy, and will continue to request him with any future plumbing needs.

Eric went above and beyond my expectations, explaining the necessary repairs, answering all my questions and providing recommendations. He did an excellent job replacing the heat pump condensor motor and fan assembly. Everything is functioning well and the temperature in my home is stable. Moon family plumbing is professional and they come when they say they are going to come! All estimates are free and their work comes with a 1 year warranty. We have used them two times and been very pleased both times! We highly recommend them.

I called because I suspected our main drain line was clogged and they were able to work me in the same day. The technician was very nice and explained what they were doing and what caused the problem.
