These guys are great! As professional real estate buyers and sellers, we are constantly battling clogged pipes from misuse, disrepair, neglect, age, and tenants flushing who knows what (babywipes!!!, plastic baggies, toys, etc.) down sinks and toilets. They have come out to at least 4 of our properties and estimated at no cost, shared insight, and provided services such as unclogging lines, scoping lines, and hydro cleaning. They are on time, priced well, effective, knowledgeable, and up on todays technology for easy pymt and record keeping. We dont even bother calling anyone else. Very prompt, polite, and professional. Made it to our house in 30 minutes and finished with the entire service in less than 2 hours. It was raining outside for the better part of the morning and the technician immediately put booties on over his shoes before entering our home, which I greatly appreciated since we have a little one running around. I called Acme out to my home for several plumbing issues and they got a technician out the same day! The young lady on the phone was extremely kind and directed me in the right direction. She sent a very nice gentleman who was very knowledge , didn't talk down to me and answered all of my questions and concerns. Hamm & Sons was the only company I found that quoted an exact price over the phone to replace a water heater. I called other companies to get even a ‘ballpark’ figure and none were willing to give me one, although one finally gave me a price with no guarantee. Another insisted someone had to come to my house to give me an estimate. Both prices were more than $600 over Hamm & Sons’ price. I was so worried by the extraordinary price difference that I called H&S back several times to confirm. The price charged after the installation was the exact price given over the phone. I also expected a less than qualified installer to show up due to the low price. My worry was proven wrong. Keaton (I hope I got his name right), a professional in every way, arrived alone, said it would take about 2 hours to install, but I’m pretty sure the entire install didn’t take longer than an hour from the moment he arrived until I handed him a check!
Time will tell about the quality of the water heater, but I was so impressed with the entire installation experience that I’m telling everyone I know.

Update: Unfortunately, they don’t unclog drains.

Our water heater decided to go while I was out of town. The Steg Team was there the next day with a good solution for our home. We also had a pipe leak in our ceiling which they repaired while they were there. The were pleasant and responsive. I highly recommend Steg Plumbing!

Several months ago our AC broke in the dead heat of summer. Summers came out and recommended we replace the entire unit as well as our furnace. Both systems are only 7 years old. The guy said it is typically 18,000 but he could get us a deal for $13,000 if we “let him know in 24 hours.” Glad we got a second recommendation despite it being so hot and miserable. We were able to FIX the issue for $300!!!! Will never use Summers services again. They are not honest.

At first I called for Moon Family Plumbing to do a project in my kitchen. What some plumbers told me would take 3 days Moon Family Plumbing knocked out in 2. Inspection and demo on the first and before lunch the next day the job was complete.

This company will not quit until the job is done right. Very persistent and skilled. When I wanted to settle, they did not.

Mario was the best! So knowledgeable and nice! Dealt with my annoying barking dog with a smile on his face and taught me a few things about my AC and furnace. You guys are lucky to have him!

Incredible experience with Clint and 24-7 plumbing! On the first day we'd owned our new home we found a leak coming from the second floor. 24-7 was quick to dispatch even though it was late in the evening, and Clint was quick to find and fix our problem with faulty washing machine hookups. He recommended a long term fix and was able to come back out to make the final repair. They were very reasonable priced (even for an emergency after-hours visit) and the whole process was extremely professional. Highly recommend 24-7!
