Our tech, JP, was great. I explained to him what the problem was and he knew exactly what he needed to do. The price was very reasonable. It was actually better and a lot less than I thought. He did such a good job I joined Hope's membership program. It's very reasonable ($8/ month for a year). Living in an older home in Irvington, this membership has actually given me some peace of mind. Ask about it when you contact Hope Plumbing for your plumbing needs. No I am not affiliated with them. Just a great company.

Derrick arrived on time to replace our drain pipe in the basement of our house that a sewer gas smell was leaking out of. He wore a face covering during th job, explained certain details of what he was doing and why, and did the job in a timely manner. I'd definitely hire Pristine Plumbing again in the future.

I really don't like writing bad reviews but I had the worst $500 experience with their plumbing technician. My plumbing was backed up, so they came out and gave me an estimate and we agreed. They never told us they were finished until after they put the toilet back and cleaned everything up. The water was finally going down but all the sinks and drains were gurgling. The plumber said that he couldn't go any further and that was the best he could do unless I spent Another $3500. So they left and my drains are still gurgling. A couple days later all my lines are backed up again. So I called Roto Rooter back out. They told me that their work was not guaranteed and they couldn't do anything unless I paid the $3500. I said no after he started getting loud with me and my spouse over him not guaranteeing his work and told us good luck and left! . I called another plumbing company and they cleared my line with in an hour and it only cost me $240. I'll never go to Roto Rooter again! I went to John Fowler's Plumbing BTW.

While I was satisfied with the overall service there was one thing I didn't like. When the plumber asked if it was ok if he cut a small hole in the textured drywall ceiling of the laundry closet to run his camera and view the dryer vent I said sure, no problem. If I had known beforehand that he wasn't going to do anything to patch the hole after he was done my answer would have been different. So I now have a hole that's 2-3 inches by 2-3 inches in the ceiling of my laundry closet that will let in any type of critter that wants to come in and I, being a first time homeowner, have no knowledge of how to do any kind of drywall patching to fix the issue.

This is my second experience with 24-7, and both times my technicians, Justin B. and Aaron, were professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job! Both times I have been impressed with the team that scheduled my appointments, and the level of customer service I received from them. Great company, great service. This group with always be my first call.
