Contacted Hope Plumbing mid morning to have a leak under my sink fixed. They were very rapid in their response. Was able to get someone out within and hour and a half, not typical for most service companies. Heidi H, came and did a wonderful job explaining what had happened, gave me a great presentation of solutions and did a meticulous and through install of our new garbage disposal. Thank you Heidi for your professionalism, knowledge, and skill.

Ricky came out and diagnosed and fixed my garbage disposal. He did not try and upset me and he got along with my dogs. My dogs knew he was kind and he was. Very knowledgeable and professional.

I read all the reviews and they were mostly good but turns out, I have been another unlucky one for this company. I scheduled an appointment for a Thursday between 2-4. They called me earlier in the day (1130a) saying they were available then and to call back if I was also available. I wasn't, I was at work and didn't bother calling them back. Apparently my lack of response indicated that I no longer wanted an appointment because at 345 I was on the phone trying to figure out when someone was going to show up. They then told me that they tried to call me several times. I had ONE call from them well before my appointment window. They said because they tried to call me and I didn't answer that their tech had to move on. I've worked in the service industry for the past 15 years. I was trying to be understanding but a blatant lie was too much for me. I talked to the assistant manager who apologized and said they would come out Saturday without charging me the weekend service fee so I wouldn't have to take more time off work. They were supposed to show up between 9-11 and once again, I was on the phone at 1045 to figure out when someone was going to show. What i got was an answering service where they wanted to record me saying my issue was an emergency. Nope. Not getting charged an emergency fee because you guys messed up 1 time already. So i told them to cancel my appointment and he proceeded to tell me he wasn't authorized to do that. Really?!?!?! Very poor communication and lack of respect for someone else's time. If someone had called and said they would be late, I would have been willing to give them a chance but that's over now. I'm calling someone else.

Came out same day to replace a water heater. Very professional. Clean, careful, accurate work.

Doug is absolutely the best. Super knowledgeable and the only plumber I trust to work on my personal home. Being in the building industry myself, this speaks numbers as I can tell which subs know their stuff and are pleasant to work with. Doug is both of these and so much more. He gets the job done in less time than expected, is more than fair with pricing, and most importantly know what he is doing so I don't have follow up issues. I use him on 3 of my personal properties and refuse to use anyone else. Working with Steg for your plumbing needs is the best decision you can make. Hired Gordon because I needed someone to snake the main line and inspect it for growing roots/cracks. All I can say is they were professional and they did a great job explaining the process as they went along. Price was good too. I even got a fairly decent discount in the end.
