Best Sewer Line Repair in Indianapolis IN

Had called around for pricing and answers with pretty vague results. Contacted Kara at Hope and she explained all the options and I decided on the Service Partner Membership which financially made the most sense for me and my home built in the 1920's. I have a new sewer line to the curb, but from curb to city line it is old so roots clog up our line and eventually my basement backs up. Sean came out and cleared my line in a timely manner. Everyone was super helpful and I am glad I switched from my previous plumber to Hope.

We needed emergency service after the weekend and Pristine was able to arrive by mid Monday morning. Mike was courteous and professional as he described the.problem. He cleaned our outside drain. Pristine was also reasonably priced. Would definitely use them again.

He called and came by he told me what needed to be done and how much it would cost he explained in great detail why each step would need to be done and why the cost was what it was. I didn't have the work done because he was here to do an estimate on cost. When I do have the money I definitely will be calling them back.

I received recommendations from a neighbor to call Grateful Plumber when my water heater was failing again. I was having some medical issues and knew I couldn’t deal with much more. I was so glad I phoned Grateful Plumber for expert advice. They were quick to put me at ease and they corrected the plumbing problems I had been dealing with for so long. My new water heater works better than the last one ever did and the pipes they repaired are solid and not sagging anymore from the previous poor install. My garden hose had been stuck on the spigot for 2 years and they repaired that too. Fast, smart and not a bad price.

I suspected that the exterior gas line to my fireplace had a small leak due to the age and level of visible corrosion under the deck. The team confirmed my assumptions and provided me with a couple options for replacement. They were able to start the work right away and did an outstanding job!!

They do not know how to do a simple emergency pipe burst repair. If you have a pipe burst do not call them, they will want to do more than the actual repair and make sure your bill goes higher. We got lucky and their tech bailed out on us so we called someone else. Please do not waste your time with this company.

Side note: it is true that they will not pick up their phones and you sit forever on the call waiting.

I contacted them and they were able to come out next day for an estimate. Kyle, the tech that came out, was very polite and knowledgeable. I got my estimate for gas line valves and he was able to complete the job same day. Very satisfied with this company. 10/10 would recommend.

Danny was great arrived here quickly on a Sunday morning. Very professsional. Just a bit pricey for a drain clog.

Showed on time and provided a detailed estimate, plus explanation of how came up with the estimate. Once I signed off on estimate, they immediately went to work and had our clog cleared in short order.

They will not stop until the problem is corrected.

I would like to say that Ron came out and done an excellent job today. He was nice and very professional.

Hamm & Sons was the only company I found that quoted an exact price over the phone to replace a water heater. I called other companies to get even a ‘ballpark’ figure and none were willing to give me one, although one finally gave me a price with no guarantee. Another insisted someone had to come to my house to give me an estimate. Both prices were more than $600 over Hamm & Sons’ price. I was so worried by the extraordinary price difference that I called H&S back several times to confirm. The price charged after the installation was the exact price given over the phone. I also expected a less than qualified installer to show up due to the low price. My worry was proven wrong. Keaton (I hope I got his name right), a professional in every way, arrived alone, said it would take about 2 hours to install, but I’m pretty sure the entire install didn’t take longer than an hour from the moment he arrived until I handed him a check!
Time will tell about the quality of the water heater, but I was so impressed with the entire installation experience that I’m telling everyone I know.

Update: Unfortunately, they don’t unclog drains.

Team was nice and friendly but their craftsmanship was horrible. We figured we were paying for the best when we got our new furnace installed. Unfortunately they left pipes blowing in the wind, the ran it through our attic and took the easiest route possible. In doing so our storage area up there was diminished. Next time I'll hire the weird neighbor guy before I hire these less than professionals.

Moon family plumbing is professional and they come when they say they are going to come! All estimates are free and their work comes with a 1 year warranty. We have used them two times and been very pleased both times! We highly recommend them.

Needed someone to check out our clogged toilet immediately and they sent out a technician within the hour. The work was completed promptly and the price was fair. They even said if there were any issues after they left that they would come back for free.

Dontril replaced our water heater after it failed the day after Thanksgiving. We scheduled service for the Monday following and he was prompt and answered all my questions and concerns after installation. Price and value were great! I highly recommend B&W!!
