I had a leak in my bathroom. The plumber had an idea of what was wrong almost immediately and we decided how to handle it. He was very helpful in recommending some place to fix the damage and since the people fuzing the damage will have to fix the toilet too he recommended not fixing it but just turning off the water so I wouldn't pay for it to be set twice.

Replaced water heater -same day. Finished in a few hours. Had another company come out 4 times and couldn’t figure it out. Very well done.

Three technicians from this company could not figure out that my plumbing issue was centered on the SUMP PUMP. In other words, the problem was INSIDE THE HOUSE. So, what did they decide? Let’s charge $401.00 for snaking the OUTSIDE sewer line. As of this past week, the problem with the SUMP is still a PROBLEM. PLUS, I’ve called their EMERGENCY LINE three times over the past three days. Their response? “Crickets.” At least I now know who NOT TO CALL for my plumbing issues.

These guys have been taking care of my Restaurant for about two years and they are fantastic, They come out very quickly and fix whatever plumbing issues we had. There staff is friendly and courteous and CLEAN. They also clean up behind themselves which is a huge improvement over our last plumer.

Overall I can’t complain about the service. Very professional and straight forward with what needed to be done. The tech found the leaking pipe fast and fixed the issue in a timely manner. When it came down to the cleanup and drying out process, the gentleman was very knowledgeable and helpful on the next steps that needed to be done. Appreciate them for their good service.

Purchased a new home and had contractors leave a complete disaster of a mess with the existing sump pump line. James was awesome to work with. He knew how to solve my problem right away. He ran 50 feet of new line away from my house with larger PVC. It’s been about 2 months since and zero issues. Him and his partner left minimal mess in my yard and I no longer have standing water. Highly recommend Acme! Grade A Company!

Was told would be $90.00 to come out to check for a water leak and check a tub faucet. Agent sd he ws charged by hr but bec. I said on phn also psbly have leaking faucets he had to no charge me $130 so was more than quoted. Plummer also scratched his balls constantly and told me I would have to call someone else bec. he couldn't find the leak. Also, told me would write an estimate for the tub faucet although it seemed fine yet never wrote the estimate. Agent did fix a seal in toilet found that was cause of water leak (he told me how to fix it) then sd he would replace seal for free and not charge me...then charged me $6.00 plus labor on that also. Agent sd don't be mad at me I know I told yo 90.00. WILL NOT USE THIS company again for many reasons and was referred by someone who had good exp.

Steg was called to replace valve between water supply and toilet. Received a prompt service call same day. Tech was pleasant and had the new valve on in about 15 mins. However, we were given a bill for $190 and told if we joined a service plan it would be $170. Bill was excessive for service rendered. After tech left, toilet was found to run continuously. For $170 you think a tech would check it. Also, found debris and water on the floor, apparently poor clean up. We will look for better value next time.

I came home on Sunday night to a water leak from my upstairs bathroom. Big Frog came first thing before anymore damage to my ceiling occurred. They were able to stop the leak quickly and educate me on how to prevent this problem in the future. Professional and knowledgeable all around. Will use again.
