Best Sewer Line Cleaning in Indianapolis IN

We had our sump pump replaced today and Leon Hiepner was sent out to complete the work. I really appreciated his patience explaining our options and he was professional, courteous and did a great job with the installation. We will definitely use Hope again and ask for Leon!

Was able to get to job quickly and called ahead to let me know they were on the way. Otherwise review would be a 1 star. However failed to inform it was 229 an hour until the they arrived and started acessing. I assume that was the 2 man charge when this should have and could have been a one man job. Was also a 329 dollar flush which only took 30 min so was more than their hourly charge for something very simple. Combined 3 hour repair was 797 dollars and only a 10 dollar part at most. That is half the cost of just buying a new water heater. I do feel the prices were outrageous. I'm not sure why I was charged 329 dollars for the flush unless that is all they were doing then I understand trip fee gets included otherwise it should have been standard hourly rate at 229.00 which still is high. Lesson learned.

Went through 3 plumbing companies before calling Mr. Rooter - they were all either clueless on how to fix the toilet tank or tried to sell me an whole new toilet - which was not necessary - Aaron from Mr. Rooter had it diagnosed and fixed within an hour. You can't ask for more than that.

When we unexpectedly had a water pipe burst on a Sunday afternoon, our local Roto-Rooter team quickly responded with a plan to correct the issue and mitigate the water damage. We were impressed with how helpful the team was, and how easy they made this process. Our technicians, Javi and Aaron, especially deserve a shout-out! They were excellent; extremely professional, courteous, hard-working, easy to communicate with and genuinely cared about our home, safety and well-being. They even took the time to get to know our super shy pup. A big thanks to the entire team!

I have used Hamm & Sons a few times. The service has always been great and the prices have been reasonable. It is very scary when you need plumbing work done. It is usually an emergency. I will continue to use Hamm & Sons.

Cathy was able to quickly obtain replacement cartridge for a 12 year old Hans-Grohe shower control for our master bathroom. Doug did a great job on the installation in a professional and timely fashion

Ok seriously this has been one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. This company went above and beyond to meet our needs. They were to our house within a half hour of calling and it was one of the owners that showed up. Jason was very thorough and down to earth. We had to replace the whole water main line a month after moving into our new home and they were so good to make sure we were able to get the fix done in a cost effective and timely manner. I liked that it’s a smaller family business and that we were able to work with both of the owners. Their warranty and cost of the fix was unbeatable for what they did. We will definitely refer and go to John Fowler plumbing for all future services!
