He focused on implementing every possible avenue his professional expertise and knowledge as a plumber enabled him to utilize. He worked effortlessly and went above and beyond any worker I’ve ever employed or witnessed working. He truly deserves employee of the year, without my even having seen what your other workers may have accomplished. He worked for 12 hours until he finished a job that he started. I almost feel confident in saying that had anyone else come to do this job, the result that Leon accomplished would not have come to fruition. I was in his presence at least 11 out of the 12 hours he worked. He tried and tried and tried again. And in the 11 th hour, when he thought he had done all he could, he gave it one last try ... and Whoa! The grease broke lose and he saved his client what would have literally been thousands of dollars. You gained more from his tenacity and grit then you would have, had he given up and told his client the worst case scenario of having to bust through cement, floors and no telling what else. He deserves a bonus from you all?.. and recognition for a job damn well done? I wish this job was filmed. It would have been an outstanding learning and training video for all plumbers.

My home is 120 years old, I have 80 year old clay tile pipes. my pipes require a skilled maintenance and service. Ron with pristine plumbing has provided me with expert service, knowledge, and troubleshooting to make sure I could get a backflow preventer without having to did up my whole yard and maintain my lines. this has saved me a lot of money and my clay pipes have a long life ahead. He was awesome explaining the necessary service so that I understood it clearly and could make the best choice. It was a pleasure to finaly work with a company that actually has integrity and knowledge and gave me a fair cost. being a single woman I find serious irregularities in the quotes I get from home repair companies. I never had this problem with Ron at pristine plumbing. He has always been more than fair. I am very grateful for their services !!!! thank you so much for being honest!!!

Pipes and valves failed on a bath tub. They were quick to come out the next day and fix all of it at a very reasonable price. Plumber went through each step to ensure I understood what needed to happen to ensure all required repairs were completed.

We will never use roto rooter again. The plumber was nice, friendly, and did a great job. The only issue is the labor was $514 For 20 minutes of work. This completely absurd. The parts only cost $34. Just ridiculous.

We scheduled for next day service to replace a leaky garbage disposal and add a couple of new shut offs. The whole process was great, and service technician was personable. Easy to schedule, all tracked via a phone app, and reasonable prices! Absolutely would use again! Thanks!!!

Appreciated Kyle doing some the small things to make things better (vs just the easiest and cheapest) in the long. And they have always shown up on time. Great service on all fronts.

We chose Steg plumbing since other contractors in our area refused to install items we had already purchased. It appeared as if the other contractors needed to get their markup on products they supplied as well as the labor necessary to install these items. With the purchase of our appliance at a national big box store and the quote from Steg plumbing the job would cost us just under $900. Comparing this to a quote from a well-known, heavily advertised local plumber we were saving $1400 on our job. We went into this with a little anxiety hearing horror stories about you never select the lowest bid but that is far from what we experienced. The same person that came out to bid the job was the same person who came to install our job and that is a huge plus. Not only are you relieved of the need to explain everything again you are also assured that what was quoted is what is being done. They arrived within minutes of their scheduled time, completed the work in a professional manner and cleaned up not only after themselves but also after me when I had setup my hose to drain the lines before they arrived. I would recommend Steg plumbing and also plan to use them in the near future when I finish my basement.
