The technician Juan was professional knowledgeable and friendly. Even after using the snake at first with no clearing of the drain he did make a comment about running in to something as it went all the way through. He reran the snake and stopped at the location he noticed before and worked there. This time the clog was cleared. I was very happy.

We’ve had two major jobs done with LD Smith in our older home...replacing a length of iron pipe buried in the concrete floor in the basement, and installing a full cleanout and backflow preventer outside.

Christian did an awesome job in the basement, and Alex and Phil both worked through heavy rain and thunderstorms outside to get everything done and still got it all cleaned up afterwards. Couldn’t be happier with the work and they were more than happy to answer any questions we had along the way.

Our serviceman was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable,and had us back up and running very quickly. I was very pleased with the price due to the $40.00 coupon I found on their website. Will call them again if the need arises.

Roto Rooter came to my house within an hour of initial call. Kima, my service specialist did a great job at keeping the area clean while working on my two drains and was able to show me what was causing the problems. He even went into the crawl space and gave me alternatives in case the service didn't work.Great company and will sure use them again.Thank you

Had a great experience with Acme. No issues from beginning to end. They did extremely quick work and the problem hasn't returned. My husband did the work not Gurney bush inc . They took the 150 and the technician told me he didn’t do this type of work. I asked questions and he said I don’t know I just stuck a pole down and it was full . I told them what my husband did and then they claimed they did part of what my husband did . So we paid 150 for 5 min service . The guy said I didn’t need to pay the 150 but came back 5 minutes later and said his dispatch is making him get the money . This is my husband before and after and the guy was wrong the technician was wrong it was not full and did not not cleaned . I am just upset about the lieing . The company could of refunded money but just sent me to warranty company to deal with them but I didn’t pay them . The technician said he didn’t feel he did anything so didn’t think he needed to collect 150 and the lady at place said she took 150 thinking they were going to come out and clean the septic but we called them and told them we fixed it so no one came out to clean . I just hate the lieing .

Overall great experience. Mark was great to work with. Quick to respond and come out. Diagnosed the problem and walked me through the whole process. You can tell he’s seen it all. Friendly, professional and the best price I was quoted. From now on Drain Busters will be my first call for any plumbing needs.

Overpriced (over twice the price they quoted me on the phone), poor workmanship, bad customer service.

Aaron, the technician who first came to check our system, was friendly and knowledgeable. Tom, the climate advisor, was also friendly and knowledgeable. I wasn't present for installation of the new system, but my sister told me of no issues. The reason I rate four stars instead of five is there was a component price which had to be added after we signed the contract and installation was completed.

Khuma came out today, and he was awesome! Super nice and knew what he was doing. We'll call him from now on!

The company technician Adam called a half hour before the appointment to let me know he was on the way. He appeared to know what he was doing and looked to do a great of A/C tune-up and a Water Heater Flush.
He was knowledgeable of the job and went through the paperwork with me to make sure I understood it. He was neat and I would certainly recommend him to anyone needing Heating/AC service.
