Rick came by to help diagnose a code on a water softener. He took time to walk thru the issue with me and checked the unit out. He explained the issue (circuit board) and let me know when he would be able to return. His second trip was on time and executed well. Thanks Rick!

Outstanding service. The Technician was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He noticed right away the pump was not working and once he pumped some liquid out he checked the pump and found the cord was kinked which caused it to quit working. Once he straightened it out the pump started working again. I want to thank him so much for all his help and saving us the extra expense to replace the pump! Definitely will recommend and use again!

Appreciated getting estimates and quotes over the phone and then having the work done quickly and near the estimate when not a firm quote. Appreciated Kyle doing some the small things to make things better (vs just the easiest and cheapest) in the long. And they have always shown up on time. Great service on all fronts.

Excellent work, incredibly reasonable pricing, and very responsive. Casey rebuilt 3 toilets (one of which included a full pull and reset) and rebuilt 2 aging shower faucet assemblies. I especially appreciated the time he spent sourcing the necessary parts for the old shower fixtures so we didn't have to do a costly replacement. I am relatively new to home ownership, and this was the first major plumbing work I needed to have done. Moon Family Plumbing will definitely be my go-to company for any plumbing needs moving forward.

The two repairmen arrived early, diagnosed the problem with the toilet and repaired it within an hour. They also installed new shower heads, something we had not included in our original order. They were polite and wore masks without being prompted.

Plumber Dave was very professional and does superb work. Our shut off valve for the main was faulty. It was located at ground level and in tight quarters.
Dave did a fantastic job replacing it! I highly recommend plumber Dave and B&W!

I came home on Sunday night to a water leak from my upstairs bathroom. Big Frog came first thing before anymore damage to my ceiling occurred.
