Excellent work. My technician was wise enough to double check his own work, a rarity these days when everyone is rushing to make an extra buck or punch a corporate clock. It turned out my clog was not completely eliminated with the first effort. The second effort proved good and some extra checks were made to be sure. Very pleased with the service provided.

I called for an estimate on Tuesday. They arrived within the hour, gave me an estimate and recommendations, and had the work finished on noon Thursday. Josh did a fantastic job! I highly recommend Carter Plumbing and will not resitate to use them again!!

These guys responded quickly to the copper pipe leak under our slab. They quoted a $1300 price for the repair and ended up only costing me $709. Patrick McCullough did a great job on the repair. They have been around for almost 60 years. Use these guys, they keep their word....

They did so great! Our office building is an old building, and we had multiple toilets/drain/sink issues. They did in-depth analysis and helped us figure out our best options. Kevin called in some other plumbers to assist as more issues started to surface and they provided us with solutions, some for now and some bigger ones if needed in the future. They were committed to the job and communicative throughout the day as they worked. They even added in some discounts. 10/10!

We had a leak in our basement which ended up being a serious plumbing issue. Any water that went through our pipes ended up on the basement floor. After receiving recommendations and quotes from several companies, we chose 1-800-PLUMBER+AIR. They understood the urgency of our situation and Tammy (sp?) was extremely kind in her communications with us. David and Jerel were very pleasant to work with in an unpleasant situation. They provided details of what they were doing along the way to ensure we understood the reasoning. They also made sure their work was inspected by the city. David gave us some tips about our water softener which was very helpful as well! The owner, Wendy, contacted us which was a pleasant surprise! We also needed a letter regarding the work done and Kyle supplied it the very next day. We will definitely use them again!

He was fast! I was trying to find some to help fast and no other plumbers answered. I called his number and talked to him directly. He was out the same day and fixed the issue! No more smell!. Thanks for the help!

He provided proper PPE for the job (face mask and shoe covers) which is a huge plus during the coronavirus pandemic.
