Our water heater went out on a Sunday night. We called and got several high estimates first thing Monday morning.. When John McNeil came out he was fast,friendly, and gave us a very reasonable estimate and we needed hot water as soon as possible because of an elderly, handicapped family member living in the house. Now here is where this company and John really shines. John, who by the way recently had shoulder surgery, found out there could be a delay getting someone out that day so he said he would do it for us. This was very impressive and John didn't have to go above and beyond...but he did. That's real old fashioned customer service. Hope plumbing is our go to place now for our plumbing needs. John you're a true caring human being and during these trying times it was so refreshing to see such good works from just one young man. Bless you sir.

Called them yesterday they were out first thing this morning they found that the pump to the toilet that we had in the basement had gone bad. They went to get the part and my toilet is back up and running just in time for our Halloween festivities!!

He couldn't do the work needed so he had to send the person that actually does the digging and appraiser out tomorrow. I've went without water for last 5 days gotta wait longer . The worst part is my service dog doing without and having to get water from my daughter and not being able to get a bath and not able to wash my cloths. Then borrow 5 gal to flush toilet no cooking without water not good either, no one realizes how much you depend on water till your water pipe busts.

I woke to a leaking toilet and the valve to shut it off broke as soon as I tried to shut it off and on top of that I could not locate my mail hut off valve. Called and told them my situation and was assured they would send someone as quickly as they could. Alex Arrived quickly since it was an emergency i didnt have an appointment. They dispatched someone as soon as they could. I appreciated that. I received a photo via text of Alex so i knew who to expect. He was quick and professional and told me dont worry. It was done fast and the price was half of what I was expecting to pay. I figured since it was an emergency they were going to charge a fee just to come out like the first people I called who said it would be $89 just to come out. I have a 70+ year old house. I had a corroded 3 sewer pipe that lead out of the house, located in my basement. It was leaking a lot of water a day. In less than 3 days, they came, gave an estimate and even gave me a bundle deal to replace my bad sump pump, as well, and fixed everything. Was very impressed. Quality work and couldn't ask for a friendlier or more knowledgeable staff. Another thing that helped was the financing they offer. If (or I should say,when ?) the next thing goes wrong with anything they cover, I will definitely be hiring them again and will refer them to friends and family. Most kind hearted and professional plumber I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He is not going to charge you unnecessarily for any repairs that are not needed. Experienced. Installed my water softener within 48 hours of calling him and gave me excellent advice on my home. The following week I needed him to help with a shower leak and he came by within 24 hours to assess and repair the leak for me. All while the builder of my new home was unresponsive to my needs. He’s absolutely amazing and would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone who asks.

I was having a problem with some of the air vents in the upstairs of my house. I initially called another company to come out and take a look and their technician looked around, tried to convince me that there was nothing he could do, then charged me $90 for doing absolutely nothing and left.

Then, after filling out a form on HomeAdvisor, their sales rep Taylor called me and patiently listened to me rant about my situation. She was so kind and understanding and really made me feel like she wanted to help me fix my problem.She told me that they could come out for free to take a look at what was going on and if no repairs were done, that I would not get charged. She sent out one of her service technicians, Aaron K, who happened to just be finishing up a job around the area. Aaron arrived in less than an hour and the first thing he did was investigate exactly what was going on. I could tell he was determined to solve the problem and in less than an hour, he discovered the problem, explained to me what was happening, and fixed my problem. Seeing Aaron work was an absolute delight because I could tell he wanted to solve my problem and he did everything in his power to do so. He even crawled through my spider web-infested crawl space and got dirt all over his clothes to help me reconnect my vent, all during a late Saturday evening when he was really supposed to be going home for the weekend. I am so grateful for Aaron and Taylor's work and I will be calling 24-7 back for all of my plumbing and HVAC needs. I can't recommend them enough!

Rudy and his team just finished switching all pipes in my house, installing a new water heater. They were professional, punctual and came prepared with all supplies they needed ( so you don't have to run to store to get something which you need to provide to your contractor). AND the best of all not only the price was unpar with other licensed plumbers but they also did all the work in one day. It felt like he did his homework, planned ahead and completed project without a hitch. Considering my latest experiences with contractors in CA, I would say if you need a plumber Rudy should be in your phone address book. I will definitely will use them again.

Ah, I have to mention one more thing he said he can apply for city permits when you need it and if anyone ever faced this dilemma they will know how much time it takes besides money.
