Install water heater under Lowes/ AO Smith warranty. They removed our old water heater, then returned it to Lowes. Then brought back the new water heater and installed it. The job was completed within four hours of reviewing my initial quote at 11:30am. Very Satisfied ☺️

Not impressed. They are very slow to work with my home warranty company. I have been without hot water 5 days now. Sure hope they get to take hot showers at their own house!

Our water heater broke so we called Weilhammer. They first tried to help up figure out if it was a simple fix by relighting the pilot light, but when that didn't work, they knew we needed a replacement part. Not only did they first try to help us for free over the phone, they gave us an accurate estimate of how much the repair would be, and then came out the very next day and fixed it! The price stayed the same, the technician showed up on time, he had all the parts needed for the job, and he fixed our water heater within an hour! It was like he wasn't even there. They were subcontracted by another vender to complete a small job in our home. I got a good vibe from them, they’ll be my first call for a quote on our next project/issue (I’ll update the review). My HOPE ? is that they’re better than other expensive companies who have major name brand recognition but don’t actually care about the customer.

Have to go with 5 stars for Steg Plumbing. I recently moved into a new house and had a lot of construction work done inside and out. Nearly 2 months of different contractors coming in and out so I needed tight scheduling, flexibility, fair pricing and quality work. This was especially true with my plumbing needs because this is an older house with a crawl space and I needed a company that was experienced in everything from finding and fixing leaks, to running gas lines, water lines, installing/fixing sinks, etc.. Every time I called Steg Plumbing I did not have to worry about anything. I enjoyed dealing with their whole staff from Dawn in the main office and a special shout out to technician Rick Cummings.

Unfortunately over the Mother's day weekend, my kitchen sink sprung a leak. Since it was a holiday and I wasn't gonna be home much, I decided to have a plumber come over today. Kendall was awesome!!! Very friendly and always smiling! He instantly brightened up my mood about the situation. We discussed some great payment options so I could get both drains of my sink fixed. The payments are affordable. Keep being awesome Kendall!

He was the best service tech ever! He came out on a cold, Saturday night and was nice & polite. He fixed our problem quickly and we once again had heat. He explained what he did very clearly. Would welcome him back anytime! Give this man a raise!

While I was satisfied with the overall service there was one thing I didn't like. When the plumber asked if it was ok if he cut a small hole in the textured drywall ceiling of the laundry closet to run his camera and view the dryer vent I said sure, no problem. If I had known beforehand that he wasn't going to do anything to patch the hole after he was done my answer would have been different. So I now have a hole that's 2-3 inches by 2-3 inches in the ceiling of my laundry closet that will let in any type of critter that wants to come in and I, being a first time homeowner, have no knowledge of how to do any kind of drywall patching to fix the issue.
