Took me forever even to get a quote scheduled. Got the runaround from the receptionist with multiple calls on multiple days. Then I was promised a time frame, which they did not show up and did not call and say it would be anything different. I called the office and then was promised an exact time. They called 15 minutes after that time just to give me a random quote over the phone without even seeing the job. And said it would still be another 30 minutes to even make it out there. What a waste of my time and very unprofessional.

Was told would be $90.00 to come out to check for a water leak and check a tub faucet. Agent sd he ws charged by hr but bec. I said on phn also psbly have leaking faucets he had to no charge me $130 so was more than quoted. Plummer also scratched his balls constantly and told me I would have to call someone else bec. he couldn't find the leak. Also, told me would write an estimate for the tub faucet although it seemed fine yet never wrote the estimate. Agent did fix a seal in toilet found that was cause of water leak (he told me how to fix it) then sd he would replace seal for free and not charge me...then charged me $6.00 plus labor on that also. Agent sd don't be mad at me I know I told yo 90.00. WILL NOT USE THIS company again for many reasons and was referred by someone who had good exp.

I attempted to hire this company to complete a sewer line inspection for a home we were purchasing. They were extremely professional and got me scheduled right away. They ran my credit card. When I was finishing up the call and telling them that our realtor would be present, rather than my husband or myself at the time of inspection, the tone instantly changed and they refused to come do work at our house. I tried to convince them to please still come but they would not budge, stating that they refused to work with our realtor. If a single realtor is such an issue, they should ask before scheduling or running credit cards. Our realtor was not hiring this company. We were. It was extremely disappointing and felt very petty and unprofessional.

My shower faucet was going crazy! We couldn't turn off our water! We filled out an online form and B&W plumbing called us. We were able to schedule something quickly. They sent out Michael, who was so nice and fixed our faucet. We are so grateful! Thank you for making our shower work again!
