We had Hope out to help us with a sewer issue. They were timely, super friendly, super professional, so so thorough as they investigated our problem.Even though the first crew couldn’t resolve our problem until remediation was done, they were very helpful and thorough in setting up next steps.

The kitchen sink was totally plugged up and wouldn't drain. Of course, this happened on Labor Day. My call was answered promptly and the service technician arrived within an hour of my call. He took the time to examine the situation and provided a detailed explanation of what he was going to do. I will not hesitate to call Roto-Rooter again if need and would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

We've used plumb doctor a second time for a different sewer. They were so good and affordable the first time we didn't even bother to get additional quotes. They did a good job leaving minimal damage to the yard. They came out quickly and started work as soon as the permits were in. We'll definitely call them for future issues.

Plumb Doctor came out soon and was able to replace our sewer drain a few days later. They knew exactly where to dig and did the work quickly. They put in a larger callout then normal at our request and at no extra charge. They also came back twice to cut the pipe down to ground level. They were several hundred dollars cheaper than the other estimates we got. This is partially as they don't have the large overhead of a large company but also because they don't actually level off or reseed the ground afterwards.

We couldn’t use any of our water in the house till our tank was pumped. Shane came out in less than an hour and had the tank pumped in no time.
Shane was very knowledgeable and offered great tips on how help prevent back ups in the future. He was very helpful without being pushy on products. We are going with them for some improvements soon. Thank you ACME plumbing

Trace Lightfoot with Service Plus was phenomenal today! We called to get a second opinion on a quote we were given from another company. He was able to come same day, within less than hour of my call. When he got here Trace asked us to explain the problems we were having and quickly went to work assessing the situation. After doing a thorough inspection both inside and outside he gave us a detailed write up of the only issue he found (significantly different than the prior company) and even provided us with photos and a write up to submit to the warranty company as the fix should be covered. We will absolutely be switching our membership to Service Plus thanks to the great and HONEST help we received from Trace!

What an amazing service Mark provided. We had an emergency with blocked drainage and he made it over in couple hours and fixed the problem. Very professional, courteous and well experienced. I highly recommend Mark and his service and will use his service again.

We have used Jonathon now at both of our homes over the past 5 years. He has been by the far the best and honest plumbing contractor we have dealt with and I am very picky.

I cannot attest to their work because I would never hire anyone that works for them or their management. When you hire people that will commit a hit and run get caught then argue with the officer doing the report is all you need to know. Not only were they caught dead to rights but their company naturally back their rude”technician” and then made sure to send it to insurance where they didn’t pay a dime. Must be nice to work for a company that believes committing a hit and run in a company vehicle is ok. Your true colors as a company shows in your actions and your workers so don’t be surprised with the work you get with this sad sorry company.

Did a great job. Very honest and didn't try to find things to fix that didn't need fixing.

David called me back within 10 minutes of my call. Came out the next day and determined my sump pump and grinder issues. Secured the necessary parts for installation that day for the next morning. Texted to advise me of arrival time. Cost came in lower than the estimate he provided. Stopped by on short notice to repair ice maker line leak 3 days later. He has my future business!
