Sam did a great job. It wasn't his fault that he was late as the person that took my appointment information sunday not only spelled my whole name wrong but also the wrong address not matter how many times I said it to him. Sam was great. He explained what the problem was and fixed it so fast. He explained what we can even do to prevent our problem again even though our house doesnt have room for a water softener.

Donny came out quickly and took a lot of time and care to investigate the issues and resolve them. He was friendly and considerate and took pride in his work.

My sump pump went out on NYE (a great day for that to happen)! Grateful Plumbers was one of the suggested plumbers for Thumbtack. Adam answered the phone on New Year's Day and I was able to get scheduled in for the very next day. He was a couple of hours late, but had called me to let me know. The quote was pretty high (around $563), considering that I went to Menard's and was able to buy a sump pump for $150. I knew this ahead of time, but there was a $49 call fee for him to come out to the house, which would have been deducted from my total bill had he replaced the pump.

Jody was professional and not pushy when he came out, then scheduled the plumbers to replace my water softener just a few hours later. Chris, and his apprentice Jacob arrived exactly at the time it was scheduled and were very professional, nice, and helpful. And quick too. I will definitely recommend this company. Thank you

Two stars for restoring my water. The three missing involve integrity and respect. A panicked homeowner was amusing and doing the bare minimum for someone who did not know any better was 'sport'. Misleading statements (as close to a lie as you can come) re: money wraps up this tidy little bundle of a company I wish I had never met.
I contacted management with detailed information about these concerns. It fell on deaf ears - not even the courtesy an acknowledgement of having received my memo.

$303 to be told we needed a new sump pump. Tech should have had the experience to check that out initially, or knowledge to present the possibility. After statin $303 was owed tech stated he could install new pump for $600+. I bought one at Menards for $109 pkys tax and installed in less than an hour. Never again with this group.

I had major main sewer Line repair. I got a loan through a bank. that finances work, for Roto Rooter. A week after repairs I still had a big uncovered hole and mound of soil in my front yard. I had been told that city inspectors had to inspect the sewer line before hole could be filled. one week later I called technician Jason. asking again when will the hole be filled. This so called professional told me (Soon). When I replied that his answer was not professional. Everything went south. At the start of the proposal. I asked Jason if my Shield coverage would cover the repairs. He answered No. Roto Rooter was paid $3,770 for repairs. recently I asked for a Paid IN Full statement, for the amount shown. i was mocked because I stated that I would contact the bank and attorney general. I am 76 years old. Be very alert when dealing with these deceit people Roto Rooter.

I would recommend getting a price quote before they get to your house. They did a nice job, but I over paid by 35% ($800) over another major plumbing outfit. I know this because I price checked them later. Don’t make the same mistake I did. They definitely took advantage of the situation and charged me a premium.

Jason was very friendly and congenial! He was able to install the shower faucet in a small access behind the shower stall thereby not having to cut into the shower tile. Jason capably installed the faucet and explained how to adjust the hot water flow. He cleaned up the job site afterwards! I was very pleased with the whole experience. Not cheap but worth the investment to have a professional job well done!
