My experience with Cerullo started with Rich coming to the house and giving me an estimate. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and patient with explaining each procedure. With in his quote he gave me three options of what could be done and left it to me to decide. After I decided and called the office they booked me an appointment to get the work started. Jeff was the technician who did the work and he was prompt, efficient, and friendly. I am very pleased with the results and I feel the price was fair.

Came out same day to replace a water heater. Very professional. Clean, careful, accurate work.

We are very satisfied with the work done by Reasonable Plumbing. We were able to get an appointment quickly. Pinocchio showed up on time, diagnosed the issue, and provided a detailed quote to fix the issue. He had the repair made within the hour. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. We are very pleased with how everything went and will definitely be using them in the future.

Steg was called to replace valve between water supply and toilet. Received a prompt service call same day. Tech was pleasant and had the new valve on in about 15 mins. However, we were given a bill for $190 and told if we joined a service plan it would be $170. Bill was excessive for service rendered. After tech left, toilet was found to run continuously. For $170 you think a tech would check it. Also, found debris and water on the floor, apparently poor clean up. We will look for better value next time.

Water heater check. Was advised it is time to replace it. I knew it by the rust but wanted a pro to tell me. He was a polite and very knowledgeable young man.

WE HAD A MAJOR PROBLEM WITH OUR A/C UNIT AND RICK AND MATT WORKED ON OUR SYSTEM FOR OVER 4 HOURS. THEY WERE DILIGENT ABOUT GETTING IT TO WHERE IT NEEDED TO BE. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH ALL OF THE REPAIRS THAT SUMMERS HAS PROVIDED FOR US. WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG I ONLY HAVE TO MAKE ONE PHONE CALL !

Sometimes things don’t go as planned and that’s when true character is revealed. I had John Fowler Plumbing out to replace the water line to a hose bib and install a new hose bib. The first attempt didn’t go as planned and when I reached out to Chase, he responded quickly with professionalism and got the job redone to a higher standard than I had expected. Let’s be real...problems will sometimes arise for anyone. What sets businesses apart is when they deal with those problems gracefully, with great customer service, and resolve them.
