Best Sewer in Indianapolis IN

We've used Hope Plumbing for all of our plumbing service since we founded our brewery almost 4 years ago. As a brewery water makes up 90% of our product and hope helps us ensure we have the water we need and the water we don't goes where it needs to go when we are done with it! Amazing customer service, friendly and personable from the first phone call with their customer service department to the technicians that perform the work, these guys are top notch!

I called Benjamin Plumbing because of sewage smell and backup in toilet and bath tub. They came out and cabled main line from clean out upstream into house 15-20 feet and to city sewer 60 feet. They also ran camera line. Technician was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Walked me through everything he was doing and his transparency was appreciated.

I had a clogged sewer line that I was hoping to get cleared. I was told it would be $400 just to remove the toilet and look in the pipe. I was also told in order to clear the blockage once they locate it they would have to install a new clean out for $3,000-$5,000, though they couldn't tell me a specific price. I had my toilet off before they even left my driveway and did it myself for for about 100$ with a Home Depot rental auger. I paid them 49$ for coming to talk to me. I found it hard to believe that a professional with high quality tools couldn't have cleared my line for less than $3,400-$5,400 when I did it myself my first try with a basic piece of rental equipment. I was very disappointed.

Brad did a nice job disconnecting an old natural gas grill and went above and beyond to get the new one up and running. ???

Mike was great. I definitely felt like he was honest, efficient, and did quality work.

Kevin was service tech. He was on time, very professional and efficient . He worked the problem quickly and with knowledge. He took appropriate precautions by locating the shut off valves before starting the work. We have been customers of this company for many and have never been disappointed in their work and professionalism. We have recommended them often. Kevin is an asset to the company.

Weilhammer Plumbing gave great advice over the phone for FREE that could save me thousands of dollars in an unneeded repair. I was calling around for free quotes for a potential plumbing job, and some companies were charging $50 just to diagnose the problem, when all I wanted was an estimate. The advice I received from Weilhammer was helpful and they even offered to still come out to give me a free estimate. I will definitely keep Weilhammer in mind the next time I need plumbing work done.

Sump pump failed causing a flood in the finished basement.Lal arrived fairly promptly on short notice on a Friday afternoon to address the problem. Installed a sump pump and helped arrange water damage mitigation service to assist in fixing the damage and restoration.Lal explained what he was doing, why he was doing it and confirmed my understanding of what needed to be done and associated costs.

We've used plumb doctor a second time for a different sewer. They were so good and affordable the first time we didn't even bother to get additional quotes. They did a good job leaving minimal damage to the yard. They came out quickly and started work as soon as the permits were in. We'll definitely call them for future issues.

Plumb Doctor came out soon and was able to replace our sewer drain a few days later. They knew exactly where to dig and did the work quickly. They put in a larger callout then normal at our request and at no extra charge. They also came back twice to cut the pipe down to ground level. They were several hundred dollars cheaper than the other estimates we got. This is partially as they don't have the large overhead of a large company but also because they don't actually level off or reseed the ground afterwards.

Took me forever even to get a quote scheduled. Got the runaround from the receptionist with multiple calls on multiple days. Then I was promised a time frame, which they did not show up and did not call and say it would be anything different. I called the office and then was promised an exact time. They called 15 minutes after that time just to give me a random quote over the phone without even seeing the job. And said it would still be another 30 minutes to even make it out there. What a waste of my time and very unprofessional.

Called for a clogged sewer drain on Sunday. Hamm's drain person showed up in a timely fashion and spent 2 hours cleaning roots out of the sewer drain. Professional, courteous, friendly, and above all very skilled.Fee charged was very reasonable, particularly for Sunday service/

My bathtub faucet will let water out after it is turned off, steg says it is the design of this product.
1.what company will design this kind of faucet?
2. steg, you are not the designer/manufacturer of the faucet, how you can say that issue is the design of the product.
I would say it is a defective product or your poor installation.

I accidentally dropped an earring down my bathroom sink. Gage came to my rescue and was able to retrieve it, unscathed.
He alerted me that the pipe drain had gunk & hair that was causing the same pipe to empty slowly. He offered to clean the gunk out and I accepted.
Now my sink drains quickly!

I definitely recommend Jeff Grey Plumbing! The two plumbers that came to my home were friendly and efficient. I actually spoke to the owner himself when scheduling. I was quite pleased with the quality of work and the amount charged. I will be using them again in the future.
