Level of service/professionalism/expertise that Carlos has was fantastic. He took time to explain things that a normal plumber likely wouldn't do and take the time for.With that said, I was disappointed that I was given a service date and then was told at the end of the day they wouldn't be able to service it. I took the day off to be at home while it was prepared just to have to take an additional half day for the repair. I also told the CSR that I had another appointment at 9:15am. She told me she would have someone out there first thing and I had to end up cancelling two additional appointments as well. Regardless, I will recommend Hope Plumbing, as I support the local business.** Dang, they went and sent a personalized card and apologized and a small gift card for the inconvenience. That deserves going up to 5-stars to me.

Derrick was called to fix a dishwasher that was clogged. He was very friendly He took the time to find the problem. And Nathan was called to fix a clogged toilet line. Nathan had been here before for the same issue several months prior and remembered me and my dogs! Great demeanor and service! Bonus points: Nathan recommended the membership and it has already come in handy!! And my dogs remembered him too and didn’t even seem anxious around him! These are two large German Shepherds! ?. 05/16- This time Jake and Quinton came out to fix a broken septic tank line. They were very friendly, quick and thorough. They showed me every step in the process and were done within 3 hours! They even came back with grass seed and straw to cover the muddy tracks that their truck left in my yard as I am selling the house! They also put they seed and straw on the mud that was left behind where they had stacked their digging pile! They didn’t have to do that, but really understood my concern for the new buyers!

Hi, I recently had Mr. Rooter out to fix what turned out to be a big leak underneath my laundry room (on a slab). They had to jackhammer through some concrete. Not only did they fix the problem, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND by replacing the tile that got destroyed in the process. They were very friendly and fun to talk to. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone with any kind of plumbing issue. They are professional and will do the job right. Thank you guys, you know who you are.

I called for service thinking I could get an appointment within a couple days. To my surprise, they had a technician out in 45 minutes. The technician, Jeff, was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and made sure we were satisfied with the service before he left. He also made sure we were aware of the warranty. Our water heater decided to go while I was out of town. The Steg Team was there the next day with a good solution for our home. We also had a pipe leak in our ceiling which they repaired while they were there. The were pleasant and responsive. I highly recommend Steg Plumbing!

He provided proper PPE for the job (face mask and shoe covers) which is a huge plus during the coronavirus pandemic. He explained what was wrong and provided an estimated price, with potential changes depending upon what he found as he began the repair. Very competitive pricing and the job was done within an hour.
