I originally called to have my outdoor tap replaced, but also had the hoses to my washing machine updated and the hot and cold shower faucets repaired. I was notified before the plumber's arrival which was much appreciated. He performed the work quickly and professionally and cleaned up any mess. I couldn't have been more pleased with Evan's work. I will definitely be calling Hope for the future plumbing repairs and replacements which are part of owning and maintaining and older home.

They were professional and FAST. Same day service which is amazing. Very open and friendly and gave several cost options and explained their process. Great communication and overall experience!

Told me I didnt have a leak and needed a new water softener, which they sold me. 2 weeks later, no hot water. Came back out and said I had a leak. Leak detection tells me that I had the leak all along and that I didnt need a new water heater.

I called out Gurney Bush to clean a main drain at a home my wife and have owned for about 20 years. We had them out last year in June for the exact same service to open a the main drain through a clean-out in the basement and the technician Scott did a great job even vacuuming the floor drain with a wet vac. at a very reasonable $85. This time we had a similar problem caused by sanitary wipes or something like it and the technician that came out left a big mess behind after snaking the line; telling my wife that she should call MR. Plumber and they could clean up the mess around the floor drain. The cost was $270. After bringing this to the attention at Gurney Bush I was told this was their charge and the technician were on commission and had lots of freedom in how much they charge the there was nothing else they could do.

My toddler put a toy down my toilet. Drain Busters came out right after I called them and did a great job!!
