Called Hope Plumbing on a Wednesday afternoon, and by Thursday afternoon had two water heaters changed out. One was easy access, the second one is located above a drop ceiling. Not so easy, but Matt Thomas took care of us. Nice to find a company that does exactly what they say they'll do!

Dan was very responsive to our needs; as well as the apprentice. They know what they are doing and have the tools to do it. Ron was very accommodative also. They are hard working people. I would recommend them to my mom or my friends.

The guys came to my house to assess my problem with a toilet that other plumbers could not figure out. After checking out everything over and over, they finally decided it had to be a leak in the toilet itself. Of course, I was sure that was not the problem and resisted. However they were able to show me that red dye was disappearing in an almost invisible spot in the bottom of the toilet. They were very patient with me and certainly were thorough. I highly recommend these guys!

Jeff came out to clear two downspout drainage lines that were clogged, likely due to tree roots on our small lot with big trees. Quoted me a reasonable price for the snake job and got started with the more difficult of the two. Couldn't get through, even after an hour of trying and three different bits (and pulling out roots as big around as my thumb!), but since they couldn't clear it there was no charge for the attempt on that line. He was able to clear the other line which was equally clogged once we got in there, but with much smaller roots. He sold me some chemical to flush the lines to help keep the roots at bay. Very happy with his work, his professional attitude, and his understanding that there was only so much I was willing to spend to clear the line. Thanks Jeff!

Brian and his Co-worker (sorry I can’t remember his name) did a fantastic job and made sure everything was installed correctly and working properly. Brown had several issues with some of the piping but took as much time as necessary to make sure it was right. They also installed a couple vanities and did an excellent job on everything. They were professional, responsive, friendly and thorough. We highly recommend Brian, his co worker and Service Plus!
