Service on 7/14/17Top-notch service from start to finish. I was lucky enough to get a same-day appointment scheduled by the extremely helpful and friendly, Kate in their office.I was notified by email AND a courtesy call from their plumber Jeremy that he was on his way and provided me with roughly a 30min window until arrival- allowing me to get home in time.Once on-site, Jeremy did a fantastic job getting right to work and determined my issue immediately. He worked diligently until the line was clear and even answered all my stupid questions. (After all, he's the plumber, not me.)I will gladly call Hope again in the future. (But... here's to hoping that I won't need to.)

They showed up with 30 min of speaking with them on the phone and after taking a look the plumber said he'd better work up a quote for me. I was on a tight deadline because I had AirBnb guests arriving that day but he spent over 30 min tapping away at his phone to work up my quote. This was a simple job, it should not take over 30 min for him to work up the quote. When he was finished he showed me his phone so I could see my options - there were SIX different quotes ranging from $793 to $1,357! Upon further review later, I still cannot tell the difference between these quotes, they all seem to result in the same conclusion - a fixed leak. What could I possibly gain by spending $550? The repair itself took him just over an hour to complete so even at the lowest quote of $793 that I paid I feel like I was COMPLETELY ripped off and taken advantage of. But I was stuck because I had guests coming and he knew that.

Juan was very friendly and personable. He promptly cleared our kitchen drain line, even though it was a stubborn clog that took several attempts. Only downside was the extra day wait for an appointment, but they did come on the promised day and time.

I found standing water in my crawl space at 4:30 PM. Called to schedule an appointment for the next day. They were available even earlier than promised, quickly solved the issue, and replaced a submerged sump pump by 2:00PM the next day for a price that was easily within market value on google searches. Even went above and beyond (helped with labeling the circuit breaker). Larry and Logan did a quick, outstanding job, and I would recommend their service to anyone

We have always been very satisfied with the knowledge and service Ciriello's plumbing has provided us. We wanted a new wax ring installed , our toilet reset, and a new bathroom faucet installed. Mike saw a problem, showed us the issue, and told us how it could be solved. He was able to fix the problem and finished all the work we needed in a timely manner. Very happy with our experience!

Repairs were made at by current owners, because under previous owners, sloppy work (not up to code) performed in 5/2022. Dominic knew what was wrong and how to correct, very professional. Although I had been told repairs would be at no cost, current owners left it to Dominic to inform me otherwise, possibly hanging the messenger out to dry. I thought he did a great job very quickly. However, other contractors spotted a gap between the pipe he just installed and the wall to the outside, as well as another gap that had been there for a long time, so I had the other contractors fix, since I had already given 1-800 Plumbers 2 chances.

If you need a plumber call this guy. Mark really helped me out in a pinch and fixed my problem within a couple hours of my call. His pricing was fantastic, clean cut nice guy, very knowledgeable. He was very helpful over the phone, way more than the other 5 plumbers I talked to. He went above and beyond with the little things in addition to the actual repair we requested, can't say enough positive things about this company I will definitely use the next time we have a problem.

Had a gas leak and the gas company turned the gas off, mr rooter came the next day and fixed in a really fair price I would recommend them to anyone

I have used plumb doctor twice now, once on a rental home we own and then, on our personal house. Both times they have showed up on time, were personable, and best of all gave me a great price when other plumbers wanted to charge me twice as much. Called Casey when my water turned brown and stopped flowing, fearing the worst - he came out promptly and was immediately able to diagnose the issue (water softener), quote me a very fair price to replace the unit, and set up a time to replace the softener. I called him after his initial visit with questions I'd forgotten to ask, and he was very responsive and helpful. Installation was smooth, he walked me through all the details - overall a great experience, would highly recommend!
