Good company to work with. I worked with Evan Kelsay and I like how he triple checked everything to make sure there were no leaks happening before he left. He also explained the work he was doing very well so I understood what he was doing. He did a full inspection and recommended why to do a project to same money. I appreciated that. Thank you Evan.

Austen called to see if he could come earlier than our appointed time which was great with us. He was professional, friendly, and explained all about water heater life spans and issues. Since we had already drained the tank he was able to install the new water heater quite quickly. Since we haven't yet used the new water heater, I can't comment on the quality. Assuming we have no issues with the new water heater, we will definitely use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Indianapolis again.

Our technician was great! A friend has used Ciriello's twice and has nothing but good things to say. She recommended that I call Ciriello's and I'm glad that she did. We bought a new washer but it couldn't be connected because the valves were old and about to break.Technician Mike did the work quickly and showed us what he was doing.
He was very nice and professional. I know that I sound like I'm gushing, but I'm glad to find a plumber that we can trust, especially when my husband and I know NOTHING about plumbing !

Alex did a great job today. He diagnosed the problem in less than 5 min. (faulty garbage disposal) and everything was fixed in less than an hour.

My husband, Jed, contacted Weilhammer Plumbing desperate one evening because our hot water heater had died. They were available to install the top of the line comparable 50gal Rheem tank the very next morning. They were professional, punctual, did quality work, and even cleaned up after their mess. They also did all this at about 1/3 of the cost of their competitors! We would definitely recommend, and will use them again if needed in the future!

They did some sump pump drainage line work for us and left our yard looking like this. Now they refuse to answer our phone calls after other vendors told us this is not how you do lines.

I hope I have the right location. Today at my job we had a tech come out, I believe his name was Eric, and he was awesome! He was very kind and helped us solve our leak issue. Thanks so much to this tech he was wonderful!

I contacted Acme Plumbing for a hot water heater replacement. They arrived at 3:30 and finished approx 11:30PM. They stated that I needed to replace 2 other items to be up to code. I agreed to do this. Within the first 30 days, they have been out a total of 5 times repairing, replacing and tighting. I have had water leaking 2 times, The pressure tank that was installed is defective and now they are saying maybe the water company needs to replace the meter also? ALL of this for a water heater. They have showed up when they state, just not to sure about the quality of the work. 4/25/2019 update. no responds from acme plumbing and I now have even more water leaking from where they installed the pressure gauges . I have another company coming out to fix this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

After the first visit, Bruce, came with the unit I needed to repair the leaking outside faucet after reviewing the problem on the first visit. He was methodical, quiet, timely and worked in an organized manner. Doug is absolutely the best. Super knowledgeable and the only plumber I trust to work on my personal home. Being in the building industry myself, this speaks numbers as I can tell which subs know their stuff and are pleasant to work with. Doug is both of these and so much more. He gets the job done in less time than expected, is more than fair with pricing, and most importantly know what he is doing so I don't have follow up issues.
