LD Smith ended up replacing our sewer main line for us after started to have issues with back up in the basement. Ended up being a bigger job than we were initially prepared for but these guys were awesome. At our house for a week or so and they were very professional and great at communicating what was going on. I would recommend them for any major plumbing task. Pretty much had the whole team out over the course of the week. Phil, Isaac, Joe McElfresh, Wesley, Tim, Joe Garza, Alex, and Trevor. The plumber, Jeremy, was excellent. He communicated with me well before coming, diagnosed quickly, got permission from my home warranty company, and then fixed the clog quickly. But best of all he cleaned up after himself! Very professional service!!

Originally, I had called someone else. Someone Else had come out and told me they would need to rip out my entire shower faucet system and replace it. They quoted me over $1,000 and then tried to get me to sign an annual service agreement. So, I called Roto-Rooter. My tech was on time and professional. He took a quick look at my faucet system, said he had something in his van, and in 20 minutes my shower was fixed for less than half what the other service wanted to charge. My tech was honest and up front, and that was so refreshing. Thank you!

I had no water. I called 24-7 plumbing. Ken Hodgin took my phone call & was at my house within an hour. He found that my well pressure switch was bad. He was kind, curtious, & very knowledgeable. Had it replaced within a half hour. I will definitely use 24-7 plumbing in the future.
